Taking down cement plaster on brick or stone walls, etc. including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water, etc.

Taking down Existing Aluminium windows of any size and description and refixing in same opening after repair/replacement of unserviseable fittings such as rollers/locking arrangements, neoprene beading etc to make the existing windows functional and making good disturbed surfaces all as specified by Engineer-in-Charge.

Taking down existing doorsw/windows/ventilators (without taking off shutter and guard bars) of n. exc 1.50sqm etc complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge incl stacking the mayterials.

S&F aluminium powder coated ventilator partly fixed and partly louvered type without sash of bars, section as per designation 63400 of IS 737, frame and intermediate made out of aluminium section of size 50.80 x 25.40 x 0.95 mm (Catalogue No 14027 of M/s Jindal) including necessary heavy duty louvers (adjustable with locking arrangements), jointing clips, rubber packing, anodised snap beading, screws alongwith 4.00mm thick pin headed glass for louvers and glazing etc complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note:- The thickness of the powder coating shall not be less than 0.5 micron & the tint shall be as decided by GE.

S&F Aluminium Ventilator fixed type with sash bar section as per designation 63400 of IS 737 approved by GE( minium 15 micron anodised) including necessary jointing clip, rubber packing,including necessary locking arrangement , anodised snap beading screws and 4mm thick pin headed glass etc complete

Completely removing existing water proofing treatment of any descriptions and any type including top layer of plaster / china mosaic wherever occurs over roof and chhajja surfaces and scrubbing the surface with wire brush and cleaning wash down with water to receive new cement plaster / PCC layer and removing the waste material / debris to a distance exc. 1500m but n.exc. 2000m etc complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M/L for rendering 10mm thick in cm 1:4 on concrete roof and chajja surface to get a uniform level surface for laying of membrane treatment .

M/L for applying oil based bituminous primer @ 0.10 Kg/Sqm providing and laying 4mm thick. APP modified water proofing membrane weighing not less than 4kg/sqm re-inforced with non woven polyester matt weighing not less than 160 gm/sqm having softening point not less than 140 degree centigrade longitudinal tensile strength not less than 650 N/Sqm, tearing strength of 180N and with thermal insulation with the mineral / graved finish on upper side and laying with torches application and with 10 cm minimum lap in both direction length wise and width wise all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge

Providing additional reinforcement bars in place of more than 1/3 corroded reinforcement bars incl the charges for cutting bending placing and fixing in position using Lok-fix (Manufactured by M/s fosroc chemicals India ltd) including the cost of all materials labour cost of steel bars and scaffolding complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supplying and provisioning renderoc RG (Manufactured by M/s Fosroc chemicals Inda ltd) to an average thickness of 70 mm to 100 for beam and column fluid micro concrete shall be mixed with 6 mm down course aggregate and specified quantity of water and mixed using a power operated slow speed stirrer and pouring inside the form work and labour charges complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge
