Dismantling of brick tiles or terracing tiles laid bedded and pointed in cement mortar in single layer on roofs complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Demolition of Mud in roofs any thickness, including plastering and leaping etc complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Cutting out natural vegetation plants grown up on wall or roof including roots in any depth and in any position and making good the damaged portion of wall and roof by PCC 1:2:4 or CM 1:4 to match with the exiting surface of roof and wall complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Demolition of cement concrete (unreinforced) of any description and in any position not otherwise specially provided for complete all as specified and directed.

10mm thick rendering in cement mortar 1:4 on concrete surfaces and rendering is to be eve and smooth with water proofing compound as per manufacturers instructions complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-In-Charge

Preparation of newly plastered / RCC surfaces, making the surface completely dry and applying roof treatment consisting of a coat of cold bitumen primer confirming to IS 3384-1965 @ 0.30 Kg / Sqm and a tack coat of hot blown bitumen 85/25 grade @1.2kg/Sqm and applying APP modified water proofing membrane with non-woven polyester reinforcement, 3 mm thick superior multi polymeric, weighing not less than 3.00 Kg / Sqm with properties of high penetration and centre core consisting of 90 micron high molecular high density polyethylene (MHHDPE) film consisting of five layers, APP shall be laid with torching application and sealing the side as well as end overlaps also with torching application (overlaps shall not be less than10 cms) complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer in Charge. Make : IWL / Multi plast / Hyper plast / Shalimar Tar Products / Shivam Tar Products. Note : (i) Contractor’s quoted rates shall include for necessary over laps which shall be minimum 10 cm both on width & lengthwise complete all as per manufacturer’s instructions. (ii) The work shall be got carried out through authorized applicators of manufacturer for which prior approval shall be obtained from GE.

Cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-1 (20 mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in coping, roof padding, in roof Kerb or mud stops, water trough and like including weathering, slightly rounded or chamfered angle and throating with necessary form work all as specified and directed.

40 mm thick brick tiles laid on cement mortar, 15 mm thick in 1:6 and joints grouted and pointed in Cement mortar 1:3 mixed with 5% crude oil by weight of cement on APP complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer in Charge.

Description all as per Srl item No 9 here-in before but except tiles.

Demolition of brickwork built in cement mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars, etc., but excluding ashlars facings, dressed stone work and pre-cast concrete articles complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Taking up and down steel tubing and connections 15 mm bore including cutting chases ,making good the chases etc in cement mortar (1:3) after fixing of pipe complete all as specified and directed. complete all as specified and directed.

GI tubing 15 mm bore medium grade with necessary GI fittings and fixed complete to wall/ceiling or laid under floors complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

GI tubing 20 mm bore medium grade with necessary GI fittings and fixed complete to wall/ceiling with clips, wall hooks, and wooden plugs etc. or laid under floors complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Disconnecting existing tank exc 250 but not exceeding 500 ltrs capacity, setting aside (or lowering as required) for repairs of roof, cleaning etc. and hoisting if required, refixing and reconnecting the same after roof treatments in the same position complete all as specified and directed.

Disconnecting existing tank exc. 500 but not exceeding 1000 ltrs capacity and removing to store complete all as specified and directed.

Preparation of newly plastered or unplastered surface of wall and applying two coats of exterior emulsion paint complete all as specified and directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Preparation of newly plastered or unplastered surface of wall and applying two coats of oil bound distemper complete all as specified and directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.
