M&L for removing existing treatment of any description (any no. of layers) completely from wall and applying 2mm thick white cement base wall care putty in two coats (each coat not less than 1mm) over a coat of cement base primer on walls and finished the surface even and smooth to receive further course of finishes complete all as specified and directed
