Engaging outside contractual agency for miscellaneous jobs at Machine Shop & Fabrication Shop of NCW for a period of one year (301 days) on regular basis except Sundays and Holidays : - Jobs as follows: 1) Oxy acetylene cutting the 12 mtr approx. long different sizes Channels, Angles, Flats in required sizes. Angles & Channels to be cut 315 nos. & 210 nos. respectively for 100 mtr of Conveyor Structure for both 800 mm & 1000 mm Conveyor Structure by gas cutting for making Runner, Foot Stool & Bracket. 2) After cutting the required sizes, it is to be welded. Welding is to be done in two phases. First of all spot welding done on Bracket & Foot Stool, then final welding. Approximately 93 mtr of welding required for manufacturing Bracket & 36 mtr of welding required for manufacturing Foot Stool for both 800 mm & 1000 mm for 100 mtr Conveyor Structure. 3) Gas cutting and welding of MS Plate for making of Drum Shells at various steps as required. 4) Different types machining to be done at Lathe Machine, Boring Machine, Drilling Machine etc. Engaged person should have sound knowledge about different machining process. 5) Gas welding, arc welding, Gas cutting is to be done as & when required basis. 6) Engaged person should have knowledge about marking over job. 7) Different fitting jobs to be done as & when required basis at Pump Repairing Shop, Motor Winding Shop, Haulage Repairing Shop etc. 8) Engaged persons should have knowledge about preventive maintenance of different machines. 9) Collection/gathering brass chips from the machine and keeping it in box of Machine Shop and carrying it to Sub Stores to deposit the brass chips. 10) Carrying the jobs from one machine to other machine as and when required for machining. 11) Any other job as per instruction of Machine Shop / Fabrication Shop-In-Charge / Supervisors.
