Replacement of wornout mechanical components of 10000 GPH x 137 meter head pump motor set installed at pumping station Mansar. The job involves decoupling of pump from motor, unfastening from base frame, suction and delivery, plugging / sealing the open delivery with blind flange and thereafter shifting the pumping unit and motor covers to workshop. Dismantling the unit and extraction of internal assembly. Job includes replacement of SS pump shaft, impellers 04 nos., diffusers 04 nos., neck rings-7nos. body bushes 02 nos., brass metal bush-2nos., and check nut-2nos., coupling set with corresponding new components conforming to old size and specifications. Replacement of sleeves of the motor covers-2nos. alongwith bearing 6213-2nos. Assembling the pumping unit and thereafter shifting alongwith motor covers to site, lowering on base frame, coupling of pump with the motor after making proper leveling and alignment. Complete job includes cost of material, labour charges, hire charges of tools and tackles etc. Rebate, if any should be quoted separately.
Replacement of mechanical components of 50000 GPH x 40 meter head pump set of unit no. 1 installed at pumping station Salmay stage-0 (new). The job involves decoupling of pump from motor, dismantling of pump set, extraction of internal assembly and subsequently carriage from pumping station to road side by head load and then to workshop by mechanical transport. The job involves replacement of pump shaft, shaft protection sleeves 02 nos. at driving end and non driving end, spacer bush 2 nos., bearing 3309 and N309-1no. each and thereafter shifting back to site, fitment and coupling there-of. Testing at site on full load. Complete job includes cost of material, labour charges, hire charge of tools and tackles etc. Rebate, if any should be quoted separately.
