Providing and fixing exposed Grid Ceiling in true horizontal level 600mm. x 600mm.in 24mm Plain false ceiling Grid system manufactured by hot dipped galvanized steel section, exposed surface with pre coated capping, plain main tee of size 24 x 32 mm., having 0.30 mm gauge at every 1200 mm, center to center maximum and rotary stitched cross tee of size 24 x 32 mm, having 0.30 mm gauge at every 600 mm. c/c. and sub cross tee of size 24 x 24 mm, having 0.30 mm gauge at 1200 mm c/c. and wall angle of size 24 x 24 mm., having 0.40 mm gauge fixed to the periphery of the wall. The above grid is suspended at every 1200mm c / c. in both directions using G.I wire. Final finish with Acoustic Panel fiber glass ceiling panels have high density fiber glass / rock wool as the ingredient to enhance noise reduction co-efficient ( NRC ) up to 0.90 of size 595mmx595mm is lay-in modulus for a flush look.

Providing and fixing Wall Paneling with perforated HDMR Acoustical Panels Acoustical with 6mm perforation The panels with melamine laminate panels 1195mm x 190mm x12mm with Tongue and Groove edges for seamless mounting having NRC of 0.70 to 0.95 at peak, with a nonwoven fabric covering of 0.2mm for providing sound absorption via the acoustic impedance method. Panel is to be specially extruded Aluminum Sections of 20mm duly fixed using Screw and plugs spacing at 600mm c / c fixed on Strut Keen 18 frame work with screw fixed horizontal. horizontal / vertical, vertical to cross channel 20mm at every 600mm c / c with center & edge bracket in tongue & groove system on Strut Keen 18 frame work. With Glass wool Filling placed in the back to get enhance acoustic property.
