SECTION 1 - DEMOLITION WORK

Note- 01) Unless specified, no extra payment shall be made for removing, plaster, tiles, all kinds of floor finish etc. attached to brickwork & RCC work & RCC grade slab in floor. 02) All serviceable & unserviceable materials are separated & stacked separately. 03)Dismantled bricks / rubbles shall be stacked properly within a lead of 200m. 04) All works are inclusive of scaffolding at any height of any floor.

Breaking, demolishing & removing existing Brick work , UCR Work, RCC work, PCC work such as staircase, column, beam ,slab lintel beam, chajja, part of footings along with cutting of reinforcement, plaster, sanitary & plumbing fittings ,door frame with shutter, window , aluminum window, louvered window ,flooring etc. including scaffolding, supporting existing structure with props and removing the debris & stacking the all type of materials including useable /salable or scrap material at the factory scrap yard within factory premises or within a lead of 200 meter (if specified) with carting and properly stacking/ segregating as per type of scrap/material as directed by Site engineer/ Company personnel.

Breaking Brick/ Block masonry, Siporex block masonry any size/ thickness including plaster, Glazed tiles, skirting, painting, electrical conduits etc.

Breaking RCC work column ,beam, slab, staircase, lintel, floor, paradi, foundation including reinforcement etc including plaster, painting, inserts, nosing angels, fasteners etc.

Breaking Plain cement concrete (PCC)

Removing rubble soling

Removing all types of flooring (kota stone, vitrified, ceramic, glazed) including floor bed mortar, skirting, coving, vata, epoxy layer or any type of coating on flooring by using cutting machine.

SECTION 2- EXCAVATION WORK

Note- 01) Excavation rate includes removal of all kind of vegetation, small shrubs etc. 02) Rate is inclusive of all types of dewatering. 03) Excavation dimension shall be as per PCC dimension only

Surface excavation, Scrapping/ excavating B.C. soil upto 1.2 m depth and 2.0 m beyond building line from all four sides by mechanical means including removing all grass and shrubs etc all complete as directed.

Excavation for foundations, trenches, pits etc. for column footings/pile caps/walls/steps/ ground beams etc in all types of soils, sand gravel, clay, soft and hard murum etc. including removing the excavated material upto a distance of 50m beyond the building area and stacking and spreading as directed, including clearing of site, removing shrubs, tree roots, rank vegetation etc & including dewatering if required as per site conditions, backfilling, ramming, watering including shoring and strutting etc all as directed, drawings and specifications.

Excavation for foundations, trenches, pits etc. for column footings/pile caps/walls/steps/ ground beams etc in soft rock, old foundation including cutting the soft rock by hammering, using the crow-bars etc. including removing the excavated material upto a distance of 50m beyond the building area and stacking and spreading as directed, including clearing of site, removing shrubs, tree roots, rank vegetation etc & including dewatering if required as per site conditions including shoring and strutting etc complete all as per drawings, specifications as directed.

1.5m to 3.0m below GL

Excavation for foundations, trenches, pits etc. for column footings/pile caps/walls/steps/ ground beams etc in hard rock with the help of chisel hammer or Rock Breaker, Compressor, wedging, line drilling, etc. including removing the excavated material upto a distance of 50m beyond the building area and stacking and spreading as directed, including clearing of site, removing shrubs, tree roots, rank vegetation etc & including dewatering if required as per site conditions including shoring and strutting etc complete all as per drawings, specifications as directed.

Upto 1.5m below GL

1.5m to 3.0m below GL

Filling in plinth, foundations, trenches, pits with approved material available at site approved by site engineer/company personnel. filling to be done in layers not exceeding 200mm thick including watering, ramming, compaction, consolidation with mechanical earth compactor etc complete as directed.

SECTION 3 - CONCRETE WORK

Note - 01) The rates for all items covered in this section shall include cost of dewatering. 02) The rate also includes cost of providing offsets, cutouts, pockets, sleeves, inserts, hooks, construction joints, making holes/cutouts in or cutting formwork for taking out dowel bars, hacking the exposed surfaces to receive plaster as necessary. 03) Rates are applicable for all floors at all levels. 04)Rates are inclusive of all types of onsite and offsite material/concrete testing as per IS 456:2000.

Providing and laying plain cement concrete 1:3:6 (M 10) below all types of foundations, walls, plinth beam, flooring, plinth protection, ramp, manhole, drain pipe, water tank, road using graded stone aggregate of 25 mm and down including necessary formwork at various locations, including machine mixing, laying, consolidation, finishing, curing & dewatering the pits etc all as per drawings, specifications and as directed.

Providing and laying cement concrete 1:2:4 (M 15) for plinth protection using graded stone aggregate of 20 mm and down including necessary formwork at various locations, including machine mixing, laying, consolidation, finishing, curing & dewatering the pits etc all as per drawings, specifications and as directed.

Providing and laying in situ M20 Cement Concrete confirming to IS-456:2000, design mix at all locations and levels using graded stone aggregate 20mm & down including, plasticizers, mechanical mixing with weigh batcher , compacted by vibrator, finishing, with all necessary form work, all types of curing including scaffolding, staging at all heights as per drawings, specifications etc complete as directed. Rate excluding HYSD steel.

SECTION 4 - REINFORCED STEEL WORK

Note - 01) The rates shall include for cost of supplying & fixing binding wire and concrete cover blocks of same grade of concrete. 02) Preparation of bar bending schedule & obtaining their approval from Engineer/Project in-charge is must. 03) Rates are inclusive of all types of onsite and offsite material testing as per frequency mention in IS Code. 04) Rates are inclusive of all wastages.

Providing, laying & fixing in position steel reinforcement of various diameters in all RCC work at all levels & heights including supplying, decoiling straightening, cutting, cranking, bending and placing and fixing in position with 16 gauge annealed binding wire, including all cost of transporting to site cutting, wastage due to cutting etc. including preparation of Bar Bending Schedules & obtaining their approval from Engineer/Project in-charge complete as per designs, drawings specifications and as directed complete.

Supplying, Drilling / Cleaning hole and injecting chemical (HILTI). Application to be designed separately for Rebars as Simply Supported, Momentor Splice Connection as per EC2 / TR023 or relevant tested and accepted rebar guidelines. The chemical should have ETA approval for seismic rebar as a minimum qualify ingcriterion. Drilling hole with double flute type drill bits or hollow drill bits to the required depth by rotary hammer drill, cleaning with brush and jet of clean air, filling resin and hardener using serrated nozzle toe liminate mixing error with standard HDE A22 battery dispenser along with piston plug. The installation and the setting instructions should be strictly followed as per the manufacturer’s recommendations. The adequate diameter and embedment of rebars to be decided as per PROFIS Rebar Software & there port to be submitted to the project manager / design engineer for approval. Scanning before drilling to be done to avoid hitting existing rebars.

Providing & constructing 230mm or more thk first class brick masonry with minimum crushing strength of 35 kg/cm2 of approved quality in cement mortar 1:6 with screened sand as approved, in line, plumb and level, in foundation, plinth and superstructure at all locations, levels, floors including soaking bricks before use, scaffolding, racking out the joints and curing etc complete as directed.

Same as above using Fly Ash Bricks

Providing & constructing Uncoursed rubble masonry of required thickness at all locations & levels including providing headers at every 1.0 mtr c/c in cement mortar 1:6 including bailing-out water manually, including pointing and watering complete as directed & instructed by Engineer.

SECTION 6- DOOR & WINDOW WORK

Note - 01) All aluminum sections shall be of Jindal make. 02) Sample aluminum members to be approved before Procurement

SECTION 7 - PLASTERING WORK

Note- Providing tips/thiyya on masonary prior to plaster to check plaster line & plumb is must.

Providing and doing 12mm thick internal cement plaster with neeru finish to ceiling and walls at all floors, locations and level in line and plumb with C.M 1:4 mix to all RCC & masonry work including grooves, bands, drip molding, scaffolding, curing, hacking out joints in masonry or concrete work as per specification. The work & rate to include providing & fixing of chicken wire mesh of 26G thickness & 15mm square mesh size at the junctions of different type of construction material member by using nails, drilling holes if necessary and curing, including mixing Reliance fibers as per manufacturers specification complete as directed.

Providing and doing 20mm or more thick sandfaced plaster at all heights in line, level, plumb in 2 coats with base coat in CM 1:4 & top coat in CM 1 : 4 sponging the surface to bring out sand particles pro­minently, making grooves, bands, drip molding, including H-frame scaffolding. The work & rate to include providing & fixing of chicken wire mesh of 26 G thickness & 15 mm mesh size at the junctions of concrete and masonry member by using nails, drilling holes if necessary as well as mixed with Reliance fibres, as per manufacturers specification including curing etc. complete as directed.

Finishing over electrical conduits of 25mm to 100mm wide in CM 1:4 including fixing chicken mesh of 26G thickness & 15mm square mesh, to match existing surface, curing etc complete.(Rate applicable only for post plaster work).

Providing & applying 12mm thk. plaster in CM 1:3 to walls of water tanks, gutters etc. including waterproofing compound.

Providing and laying one coat of waterproofing chemical treatment of approved make and quality like Sanjeevani lep and paste to concrete or plastered surface including scaffolding if necessary, cleaning the surface by brushing, dust removing, filling the cracks and making the surface leak proof including waterproofing tests for five days etc. complete covering a guarantee for a period of seven years. Spec. No. : As directed by Engineer in charge.

Proividing sunk / flush pointing in cement mortor 1:2 to stone masonary surfaces including scaffolding, racking out joints curing etc. complete. As per specifications.

Providing & fixing welded mesh of 12 guage 25 mm x 25 mm size for plastering as directed on required surface & height.

Providing & applying water proofing Chemical to Concrete surface as directed.

SECTION 8 - PAINTING WORK

Providing and applying exterior paint minimum two coats of approved shade of Asian Apex/ ICI Weather Shield/ Nerolac Excel paint in or equivalent approved make including one coat of exterior primer of Asian/ICI/Nerolac to all type of external surfaces of plastered work (I.e. sandfaced plaster, smooth cement plaster and rough cast plaster etc.) or concrete surfaces at all levels including Scaffolding, cleaning the surfaces, curing etc. complete as per manufacturers specifications & as directed by Engineer/ Owner.
