Demolishing cement concrete manually/by mechanical means including disposal of material within 50 meters lead as per direction of Engineer-in- charge 1:3:6 or richer mix (i/c equivalent design mix)

Earth work in excavation by manual means in trenches for foundations, drains, pipes, cables etc. (not exceeding 1.5 m in width) and for shafts, wells, cesspits and the like not exceeding 10 sqm on plan, including dressing of sides and ramming of bottoms lift upto 1.5 m, including getting out excavated earth and disposal of surplus excavated earth as directed all kinds of soil 50 meter beyond 1 m from cutting edge.

Surface dressing of the ground including dismantling of damaged macadam surface & removal in equalities not exceeding 15cm deep & disposal of rubbish beyond Municipal limits all compete

Supplying and stacking of good earth at site including royalty (earth measured in stacks will be reduced by 20% for payment)

Filling available excavated earth (excluding rock) in trenches, plinth, sides of foundations etc. in layers not exceeding 20 cm in depth, consolidating each deposited layer by ramming and watering, lead upto 50 m and lift upto 1.5 m.

Providing and laying of Nallah Muck/Khak Bajri including sorting spreading to template watering dressing remaining and consolidating with (8 to 10) ton road roller all-inclusive leads lift loading unloading headload (if any) and carriage of material from nearest approved source to site of work complete

Centring and shuttering including strutting, propping etc. and removal of form work for walls (any thickness) including attached pilasters, buttresses, plinth and sting course etc.

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade including curing but excluding the cost of centring and shuttering. All work upto plinth level with (1 cement : 4 coarse sand : 8 graded stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size)

Providing and laying in position specified grade of reinforced cement concrete including curing but excluding the cost of centering, shuttering, finishing and reinforcement. All works upto plinth level 1:2:4 (1 cement: 2 coarse sand: 4 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size)
