Supply, installation testing and commissioning of PLC based 5 HP (minimum) Motorized automation system suitable for operation of sliding gate having approx. weight up to 10000 kg (of one leaf) as per enclosed particular specifications. The drive shall be suitable for operation on single phase / 3 phase power supply system (230/415 + -10 % volts) and suitable to drive the required load smoothly complete as required as per enclosed particular specifications. Foundation/ Frame work for installation of motor , starter panel with safety devices / Relays is also included in the scope. Four no. LED based flash light with buzzer shall be installed over the gate. Radium reflector to be provided in each gate written as "STOP" with suitable nos ( not less than 8 nos) and Sizes of font not less than 300 mm complete as required. (PLC based 5 HP (minimum) Motorized automation system shall be 02 nos. working + 02 Nos. Stand By) (As per AAI approved make) Provision of radio receiver for auto diagnosis of all safety controls ‐ 1 Nos. and Radio transmitter (Remote control unit) (Suitable frequency) ‐ 2 nos. for remote operation complete etc as required. The system involves all associated accessories for remote control and operation from ATC Tower (Under IAF Control) of associated Motorized Sliding Gates. This item include complete hardware (relay, module, etc. as required) and software modification of existing ALCMS for its integration complete as required so that the ALCMS system shall be suitable for controlling & monitoring(Status) of Motorized Sliding Gate(Fixed Circuits) from remote operation and as per attached Technical Specifications. This item also includes to provide all hardware, software, licences, OFC / CAT-VI / control / Power cabling interconnection, associated accessories as per requirement of site etc. but excluding supply & laying of OFC/Power Cable/Control Cable required to connect ALCMS from CCR hall to ATC & field devices.

Design, manufacture, supply, installation, testing and commissioning of outdoor type double door feeder pillar, made of 14 SWG CRCA sheet steel, totally enclosed, standing on a MS Angle frame suitably fixed on floor foundation, dust and vermin proof, powder coated painting, suitable for operation on 3 phase and neutral, 415 V, 50 Hz AC system with busbars/connecting copper cable link. The panel shall be fabricated with hinged centre opening type double doors (fabricated out of 14 SWG CRCA sheet steel) on front side with locking arrangement, suitable angle/ channels frame in the bottom, legs for grouting in foundation, openable cable protection covers at bottom portion, painting etc, entire panel shall have a common GI earth bus bar of size as per IS 3043 subject to minimum 40mm x 5mm at the rear with 2 Nos. earth stud, solid/ flexible connections from main earth bus bar to switchgears with required size of Cooper conductors/ bus bars and control wiring with 1.5/2.5 sqmm FRLS PVC insulated copper conductor as applicable including supply & installation of following items and as per specifications : Incoming : 01 Nos., 63 Amp., 4 Pole, MCCB having (Ics=100%Icu, 25 kA) with overload, short-circuit, and earth fault protection. CT's of ratio 100/5 Amps.‐1 Set (1 Set of 3 Nos.) with Class-2 SPD Digital Ammeter with selector switch ‐ 1 set, Digital Voltmeter with selector switch‐ 1 set 3 Nos. Phase indication LED Lamps with 2 Amp. MCBs, 1 Nos. red ON indication LED Lamps with 2 Amp.MCBs 1 Nos. green OFF indication LED Lamps with 2 Amp. MCBs Outgoings : 4 pole, AC3 duty Contactor 50A rating, with 2NO+2NC auxiliary contact (along with all required hard ware for successful operation i.e. Relays, control wiring etc are included in this item ) and 2 Nos. Start PB & 2 No. Stop PB.

Supplying and laying of 63 mm OD HDPE pipe as per IS:4984:2016, of rating PE 100, PN 8, ISI marked along with all accessories like socket, bend, couplers etc. complete with fitting and cutting, jointing etc.direct in ground (75 cm below ground level) including excavation and refilling the trench but excluding sand cushioning and protective covering etc. , complete as required.

Laying of one number PVC insulated & PVC sheathed power cable of 1.1 KV grade of size not exceeding 35 Sq.mm. in the existing RCC Hume/ Stoneware / GI pipe/ DWC HDPE Pipe etc as required.
