Material and labour for Sub main wiring with two run single core 6 sqmm multi stranded FRLS-H copper conductor PVC insulated unsheathed cable 1100 volts grade and one run of 6 sq mm multi stranded copper conductor cable as earth continuity conductor drawn into and including non-metallic rigid PVC conduit 25 mm dia/PVC casing capping 25 mm including conduit accessories all as specified and directed. Note: Three runs of 6 Sqmm cable and one run of 25 mm conduit / casing capping will be measured as one unit length.

Supply and fix MCB SPN 40 A- 63Amps , C curve 10 kA including disconnecting electric connections, complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix MCB SP 5 A to 32 A , B curve, 10 kA including disconnecting electric connections, complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix Sheet metal enclosures with socket plug top and MCB SPN 20A, 240 volts, with a two pin and earth plug socket with Double pole MCB 20 Amps, 240 volts (for AC ) complete all as specified and directed.

Supply , install, testing and commissioning of split Air Conditioner of 1.50 TR Capacity with indoor and outdoor units (copper condenser coil, copper cooling coil and evaporator including required length of copper tubing and cables for connecting indoor and out door units) complete with cordless remote control unit, with BEE 5 star rating, with minimum 10 yrs warranty on inverter compressor, year of manufacturing 2024 complete all as specified and as directed. Make:-Voltas/ Bluestar /Carrier. Note 1 : Rate quoted is inclusive of the following. (i) Drilling hole on the brick wall to facilitate routing copper pipe drain pipe and cable from indoor unit outdoor unit (ii) Sealing the hole from outside, after installation, with white cement (iii) Pressure testing, cooling performance check and product demonstration (iv) Material and labour for fixing Remote stand in wall. Note 2 : Copper pipe & interconnecting cable for connecting Indoor and outdoor unit required over and above the quantity supplied by OEM shall be measured separately under respective item.

Material and labour for point wiring with two single core 1100 V grade FRLS conforming to IS-694 PVC insulated unsheathed cables of size 1.5 Sq mm multi-stranded Copper conductor drawn through and including rigid PVC conduit and conduit accessories fixed on surface including breaking of walls and making good to disturbed surfaces in wall/roof/ceiling where required complete an earth wire of PVC cable 1.5 Sqmm multi stranded copper conductor and connected to all metal boxes and common earth dolly all as specified and directed for the following :-

Supply and fixing for Wiring for Circuit / Sub main Wiring of size 2 runs of 6 sq.mm along with earth wire of size 1 run of 6 sq.mm, Single Core, PVC insulated copper conductor FRLS Cable in surface / recessed PVC Conduit of 25 mm dia complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix sheet metal enclosure powder coated double door for Distribution Board, TPN 4 way DB prewired suitable for MCB Incomer IP 43 , IK 09 ,provided with insulated vertical phase bus-bars ,neutral bar/s with shroud/s ,earth bar/s , sticking saddles ,cement spill protector ,color-coded interconnecting wire set ,cable ties , blanking plates and circuit identification labels. complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing 415V 10 kA 'B' curve miniature circuit breaker (MCB) of TPN 32 A in the DB complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix sheet metal enclosure powder coated double door for Distribution Board, SPN 8 way DB with Degree of Protection IP 42 , Detachable Gland Plate, Box Insertion Marks ,Circuit Identification Label ,Neutral Link ,Earth Link , Tin Plated Copper Bus Bar , complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix MCB SP 5 A to 20 A , B curve, 10 kA, complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix MCB DP 10-32 A , B curve, 10 kA complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply , installation , testing and Commissioning of silent Diesel Engine driven generating set 10 kVA (DG Set meeting Emission & Noise Compliant CPCB IV+)), 415 volts, 3 phase 4 wire, engine as per IS:10001/ 10002 and Alternator as per IS: 13364 complete with Std. Control Panel , Battery Charger, Base Frame, Fuel Tank , Battery (charged) with leads and other accessories with Canopy as a complete set including First fill of lube oil and Engine safeties complete all as specified and directed by Engr in Charge. Supply only Four wheeler trolley & loading the 10 kVA DG set mentioned in Sl No 1 above over the trolley complete all as specified and as directed. The Specification of the trolley is given below . Dimension - Length -1800 mm x Width-1000 mm and Height from the ground -800 mm Wheels : Four wheel with tyre. Tyre of Brand - JK/MRF/CEAT/APOLLO of 600 X 10 Ply , Front Axle will be of Maneuver Type with Tilt Plate and Towing a Frame Channel with I bolt. Axle Size 65mm X65mm. Rear Axle shall have wheels with disc for manual locking brake system of pull type Main chassis will be of ISMC 75x50 mm channel and cross member of 35x35 mm ISM, welded with reinforcement. Four wheeler trolley shall be with Spring Leaf Suspension with six leaf spring for each wheel and capable of carrying load upto 1.5 ton. M. S Chequered Plate of 3mm Thickness shall be welded on the platform . All the framework shall be degreased and painted with one coat of red oxide primer and two coats of synthetic enamel paint. Manual Stand , towing hook of 36 mm round and towing belt shall be provided . Backside & longitudinal sides shall have reflectors . One spare wheel with tyre shall be provided along with trolley.
