Providing and applying 7.50mm thick road marking strips (retro-reflective) of specified shade/ colour using hot thermoplastic material (Prime Road, Auto mark, Asian & Eta line (Ist class) including Ist class glass beads, by fully/ semi automatic thermoplastic paint applicator machine fitted with profile shoe, glass beads dispenser, propane tank heater and profile shoe heater, driven by experienced operator on road surface including cost of material, labour ,T&P, cleaning the road surface of all dirt, seals,oil, grease and foreign material etc. complete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge and accordance with applicable specifications. Providing and applying white washing with lime to give an even shade: - Old work (Two or more coat) on alternate kerb along road side including cleaning of kerbs and arrangement for traffic control by providing three legged jhandies. Complete in all respect to the entire satisfaction of the engineer-in-charge.

Providing and fixing mandatory/regulatory sign board (speed limit/no parking etc) shall have circular plate of size 600mm dia and the definition plate of size 600x300mm made of 3mm thick ACP sheet fixed with back support frame of size of angle iron 25x25x3mm with alumn. Alloy steel rivets of appropriate size with suitable intervals. The front side both plates shall retro reflective high intensity in encapsulated reflective sheeting type-IV with screen printed massages (legends letters, numerals etc) and border as per IRC 67-2001 code of practice for road sign and are to be fixed by welding/nut and bolts on 3600mm long vertical post made of MS angle iron 50x50x5mm having anchorage piece made out of same angle of size 250mm long embedded in ground with plate is to be processed by alloy enamel paint to make it weather the and two coats of synthetic enamel paint of approved brand of white and black colour alternate brand of white and black colour alternate bands of 300mm long over one coat of priming coat to vertical complete in all respect and to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-charge

Manufacturing, supplying P/F Parking Areas information sign boards for person with disabilities as per IRC 67 2012 have rectangular shape of size 600 x 800 mm and the definition plate of size 600mm x 200mm both made out of 3mm thick aluminium sheet, fixed to back support frames of size of angle iron 25x25x3mm. The front side of both aluminium plate shall be fully covered with high intensity encapsulated type heat activated retro reflective sheeting conforming to type - IV of ASTM-D 4956-01 in blue and silver white or other colour combination including subject matter, message (bi-lingual), symbols and borders etc. as per IRC ; 67:2001, pasted on substrate by an adhesive backing which shall be activated by applying heat and pressure conforming to class -2 of ASTM-D-4956-01 and fixing the same with suitable sized aluminium alloy rivets to back support frame of M.S. angle iron along with theft resistant measures, mounted and fixed with welding / nut and bolts to 3750 mm long vertical post made of M.S Angle section having size 60 mm x 60 mm x 6 mm @ 4.5 kg/mtr having anchorage piece made out of same angle of size 250 mm long embedded in ground with cement concrete 1:2:4 block size 300 x 300 x 450 mm. The steel work to be painted with two or more coats of synthetic enamel paint of required shade and of approved brand & manufacture over priming coat of zinc chromate yellow primer (vertical MS support to be painted in black and white colours). Backside of aluminium sheet to be painted with two or more coats of epoxy paint over and including appropriate priming coat including all leads and lifts etc. complete as per drawing , specification and direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and fixing Parking Sign Board of size 4'-0" × 3'-0", consisting from 16 gauge M.S. sheet welded to an M.S. angle frame of size 50 × 50 × 6 mm, comprising two horizontal members of 4'-0" length and two vertical legs of 11'-0" length (9'-0" above ground level and 2'-0" below ground level), complete with 2 Nos. M.S. holdfasts, each 9" long, welded to the vertical legs. The entire steel work shall be thoroughly cleaned and painted with one coat of approved metal primer followed by two coats of first-quality synthetic enamel paint of approved shade, including lettering/writing on the sign board as approved by the Engineer-in-Charge. The sign board shall be fixed by embedding the vertical legs in a cement concrete block of mix 1:2:4 (1 cement : 2 coarse sand : 4 graded stone aggregate) of size 1'-0" × 1'-0" × 2'-0", including excavation, concreting, curing, backfilling, and all incidental works required for proper installation.
