Frame shall be secured with the help of dash fasteners of approved brand and sample, in plumb and line, 12 mm thick waterproof plywood to be fixed on both side of frame with screws .with 3.5 mm thick teak veneer of approved quality and colour on all exposed surface . All exposed faces to be finished with melamine polish with two or more coats etc. all complete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge 100X20mm Teakwood moulding as per approval sample and shape shall be fixed on the edges of partition to cover the ends of plywood and aluminium frame. The partition rate include all material and labour including making hole and openings for electrical conduits and boxes, complete as per instruction of Engineer-in-Charge.(Free standing partition exposed on both sides).

Providing Sofa seats with removable cushions,basic framework made in first class Hollock/Mirandi wood (kiln seasoned and chemically treated), the base for sofa cushions to be made a layer of Lastic Strap uniformly distributed as per standard practice across the length and breadth of sofa, framework supported on frame of Hollock/Mirandi wood and base of ply and jute layer, gaps to be filled with coir of foam fillers and top layer to be made of A- class jute sheet encompassing min. 50mm foam (Sleepwell/Kurlon make).This layer in turn shall be finished with A- class synthetic leather ) (color and texture as approved by Engineer -In- Charge) with sewn seams to be multi top stitched. The seat shall have 150mm thk.(minimum) removable cushions placed on the finished sofa, which shall be duly upholstered with A-class synthetic leather(color and texture as approved by Engineer -In- Charge), fixed with a zipper on lower side (for ease in maintenance and cleaning). The back shall also be made as per image provided. The base to be made in Hollock/Mirandi wood framework including Lastic Strap filled with coir/ foam fillers , finished with min. 50mm foam of sleepwell/Kurlon make, and finally finished in synthetic leather as approved by Engineer - In - Charge. The back shall also have 150mm thk.(minimum) removable cushions placed on the finished sofa, which shall be duly upholstered with finally finished in synthetic leather (color and texture as approved by Engineer - In - Charge), Nib, fixed with a zipper on lower side (for ease in maintenance cleaning). The foam used shall be Flexi polyurethane foam of Sleep Well/ Kurlon/ Dunlop make with a density of not less than 40 kg/ cum. Side hand rests to be made as shown in the figure and as directed by Engineer - In - Charge. The sofa legs to be made up of Stainless Steel square sections 50mm x 50mm (min. ht. 25mm with nylon shoes etc. all complete the sofa to be as per image and size shall be as per drawing provided. All the wood used shall be well seasoned and free from knots and any other defects. Rate shall be quoted as per the furniture drawings.
