Earthwork in excavation of foundation in hard soil with all leads and lifts including dressing the sides and levelling the bed of the foundation including cost of all labour required for the work etc. complete with all other T &P required for the work and stacking the excavated materials away from the working area as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge including 1% Cess.

Filling in foundation and plinth with sand well waterd and rammed including cost conveyance and royalty etc. complete.

Providing & laying Concrete (1:3:6) grade with 40 mm down graded hard granite aggreagate from approved quality of approved quarry below concrete pavement including laying with all cost , conveyance, octrai, tollage, royalty, machinaries, labour & T&P including curing etc,. complete as per direction of the Engineer - in - charge.

Providing & laying Concrete (1:2:4) grade with12 mm down graded hard granite aggreagate from approved quality of approved quarry below concrete pavement including laying with all cost , conveyance, octrai, tollage, royalty, machinaries, labour & T&P including curing etc,. complete as per direction of the Engineer - in - charge.

Fly Ash bricks masonary (1:6) using 25cm x 12cm x 8 cm size bricks having crushing strength not less than 75 kg/cm2 including splays cutting, circular, moulding and corbelling, champhering and similar such type of works watering and curing etc. complete, including, cost, conveyance, royalities and taxes of all materials and cost of all labour and T & P required for the work etc. complete including 1% cess and as per the specification as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge

In Superstructure

Labour for fitting fixing of big size or traffered G.C.I sheet in roofing including fixing of ridges windes etc.Complet but excluding cost of fittings including drilling holes in wind tiles per1 sqm.

Providing Trusses, rafters, purlins made of Angla iron etc. complete.

16 mm thick cement plaster(1:6) over brick massonary finished smooth, after racking out the joints including watering, and curing with cost, conveyance, royalities and taxes of all materials, and cost of all labour and T & P required for the work complete including 1% cess as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge

Finishing walls with weather coat of approved shade on new work two coat over acoat of primer to give an even shade including cost of all materials, labour charges, T&P etc required for the work complete. including 1 % cess. as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and fixing of Wall case / Wall Almirah made with BWR Ply wood (ISI) with laminate bothside including all type of fittings such as handle, lock, magnet, chain, channel, screw, bolt & nuts etc. jointing, finishing to a flush finish bonded with adhesives etc. complete as per direction of the department.

Supplying Fitting, fixing up fully glazed aluminium framed window (sliding type) made up aluminium section 9778 as window frame, section 4095, 4096 and 9777, 3994 as shutter frame with 5mm black glass as panel fitted with rubber beading including locking arrangement including all fitting including cost of all materials, all taxes, labour, T&P excluding cost of glass etc. complete as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge
