Demolition of brick work built in cement mortar including all quoins,pillars etc but excl ashlar facing,dressed work and precast concrete complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for brick work with sub class "B" bricks (old size) straight or curved on plan exc 6 m mean radius, built in cement mortar (1:6) complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 15mm thick rendering in cement mortar(1:4) finished even & smooth without using extra cement on brick/concrete surfaces complete all as specified.

M&L for preparation of new plastered surfaces of walls and applying two coats of cement base paint over priming plastered and other surface with alkali-resistant priming paint complete all as specified.

Dismantling plain or corrugated steel sheeting, any gauge, thickness, including Nainital or similar pattern roof coverings, complete all as specified and directed.

S&F of pre-painted galvalume aluminium sheet zinc coatin GI based corrugated steel sheet 0.50mm thick of an colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering/cladding to wall fixed with self tapping screws complete all as specified and directed.

S&F of 2 mm thick fibre glass reinforced translucent corrugated sheeting with two corrugations side lap fixed with coach screw and washer in roof, wall etc, complete all as specified.

Dismantling wrought iron or mild steel work of any description not otherwise provided for complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

S&F of framed work such as grills, grating,framework for roof shed, steel ladder, iron gate and doors framed and hung as gates, stop, handles etc complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for preparation of new steel / iron surfaces of any description over 10 cm width or girth and applying two coat of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red-oxide primer complete all as specified & directed.

Dismantling floor, hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding, removing tiles and rubbish off the premises complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for non skid ceramic coloured tiles 7 to 8 mm thick (square/rectangular) area of each tile exceeding 0.11 Sqm but not exceeding 0.18 Sqm, in floors etc set and joined in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or colour cement to match colour tiles including 15 mm thick screed bed in cement mortar (1:6) complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for glazed ceramic coloured tiles (350x250x7mm/450x350x7mm) thick on vertical surfaces such as skirting wall, and dado set and joint in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match including 10mm thick plastering in cement mortar (1:4) rough to receive tiles complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for vitrified ceramic light coloured tiles 10 mm thick (square/rectangular) area of each tile n.exc 0.36 Sqm in floors etc set and joined in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or colour cement to match colour tiles including 15 mm thick screed bed in cement mortar (1:6) complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for granite (of any type) tiles 20mm thick machine cut, bedded and jointed with grey cement slurry and pointed with white cement with admixture of pigment to match the shade of granite stone including grinding and polishing and including 15 mm thick screed bed in cement mortar (1:6) complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
