Dismantling doors, windows and clerestory windows (steel or wood) shutter including chowkhats, architrave, holdfasts etc. complete and stacking within 50 metres lead: of area area 3 sq. metres and below (HSR 5.29.1).

Removing white or colour wash by scrapping and sand papering and preparing the surface smooth including necessary repairs to cratches etc. complete.(HSR 30.21)

Providing and applying two coats white cement based putty of approved brand and manufacturer, over plastered surface and grinding the surface smooth with sand paper to get en even and smooth finish including cost and carriage of all material , labour charges, scaffolding, sundries etc. complete (HSR 11.58)

Distempering with 1st quality acrylic distemper, having voe (Volatile Organic Compound ) content less than 50 grams/ litre, of approved brand and manufacture, including pplying additional coats wherever required, to achieve even shade and colour. Two coats (HSR 11.66.2).

Wall painting on a cement plaster surface with acrylic emulsion paint of approved brand and manufacture to give an even shade Two or more coats on new work:[HSR 11.71.1]

Providing and fixing ISI marked flush door shutters conforming to IS : 2202 (Part I) decorative type, core of block board construction with frame of 1st class hard wood and well atched teak 3 ply veneering with vertical grains or cross bands and face veneers on both faces of shutters 35 mm thick including ISi marked Stainless Steel butt hinges with necessary screws. (HSR 12.36.1)

Providing and fixing wire gauge laminated veneer lumber shutters conforming to IS : 14616, using galvanised wire gauge with average width of aperture 1.4 mm in both irections with wire of dia 0.63 mm as per IS :1568, for doors, windows and clerestory windows, including ISi marked M.S. pressed butt hinges bright finished of required size ith necessary screws, as per directions of Engineer-in-charge: (Note:- Butt hinges and necessary screws shall be paid separately) 35 mm thick shutters (HSR 12.20.1)

Supply & fixing Windows frames (Chowkhats) including mullions consisting frame fabricated from sheet roll formed out of 1.2mm thick galvanized sheet as per IS:277 (Base teel as per IS 513) with zinc of 120 gm/sqm & Powder coated with pure Polyester powder up to 50 microns (as per approved colour), 3 Nos. 100mm butt - hinges 2mm thick, 6 os. 1.2mm thick CRCA electroplated stiffner, 6 Nos. M.S hold fast with split and tail welded to stiffner plate 200mm long, receiver for aldrop, weld less corner assembly with brackets & screws, M.S tie rod 50mm x 25mm to be fixed at bottom finished with powder coated total thickness of coating 0.6mm of approved shade, fixed in position ncluding the cost of cement concrete for 1 :2:4 for fixing lugs complete in all respects as per drawing, design, specification & entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-charge. Door Frame of size 125mm x 60mm with 37mm wide double metre rebate for 35mm door shutter(HSR 13.21.2)

Applying pink primer or aluminium priming coat on wood work including preparation of surface, Knotting and stopping etc (HSR 11.77)

Painting two coats excluding priming coat with synthetic enamel paint in all shades on new wood work or metallic or plastered or concrete surfaces to give an even shade (HSR 11.78)

Demolishing brick tile covering in terracing including stacking of serviceable material and disposal of unserviceable material within 50 metres lead. (HSR 5.14)

Regarding terracing of mud phaska covered with tiles or brick, in cement mortar by dismantling tiles or bricks, removing mud plaster, preparing the surface of mud phaska to proper slope,relaying mud plaster gobri leaping and tiles or bricks, grouted in cement mortar 1 :3 (1 cement : 3 fine sand), including replacing unserviceable tiles or bricks with new ones and disposal of unserviceable material to the dumping ground (the cost of the new tiles or brick excluded), all complete as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge. (HSR 30.9)

Providing and laying vitrified floor tiles in different sizes (thickness to be specified by the manufacturer) with water absorption less than 0.08% and conforming to IS: 15622, of pproved make, in all colours and shades, laid on 20mm thick cement mortar 1 :4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand), jointing with grey cement slurry @ 3.3 kg/ sqm including grouting he joints with white cement and matching pigments etc., complete Size of Tile 600x600 mm (HSR 10.63.2).

Providing and laying rectified Glazed Ceramic floor tiles of size 300x300 mm or more (thickness to be specified by the manufacturer), of 1st quality conforming to IS : 15622, of pproved make, in colours White, Ivory, Grey, Fume Red Brown, laid on 20 mm thick cement mortar 1 :4 (1 Cement: 4 Coarse sand), jointing with grey cement slurry @ 3.3 kg/ qm including grouting the joints with white cement and matching pigments etc., complete. (HSR 10.60).

Providing and fixing 1st quality ceramic glazed wall tiles conforming to IS : 15622 (thickness to be specified by the manufacturer ) of approved make in all colours, shades except urgundy, bottle green, black of any size as approved by Engineer-in-Charge in skirting, risers of steps and dados over 12 mm thick bed of cement Mortar 1 :3 (1 cement: 3 coarse and) and jointing with grey cement slurry @ 3.3kg per sqm including pointing in white cement mixed with pigment of matching shade complete. (HSR 10.58).

Brick work with common burnt clay modular bricks of class designation 7.5 in foundation and plinth in: Cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement: 4 coarse sand)( HSR 7.20.1)

Providing and fixing white vitreous chinaware pedestal type water closet (European type W.C. pan) with seat and lid, 10 litre low level white P.V.C. flushing cistern, including lush pipe, with manually controlled device (handle lever), conforming to IS : 7231, with all fittings and fixtures complete, including cutting and making good the walls and loors wherever required W.C. pan with ISi marked white solid plastic seat and lid. (HSR 22.23.1).

Providing and fixing rectangular high density polyethylene water storage loft tank with cover, conforming to ISi : 12701, colour of opaque white or as approved by Engineer-in-charge. The rate includes making necessary holes for inlet, outlet & over flow pipes. The base support i/c fittings & fixtures for tank shall be paid separately.(HSR 22.182).

Providing and fixing in position vitreous chinaware white lavatory suites of approved make (to the approval of Engineer-in-charge) including Rack Bolt Screw Pair 115mm long without CP fittings complete in all respect. Size 450mmx300mm. (HSR 22.221.1).

Providing and fixing in position ceramic glazed tiles with printing of logo, letter (Hindi or english etc. in any size and pattern as per requirement fixed in cement mortar 1:3 complete in all respects ( as per required/ approved by the Health department (NS)

Recovery items:- The rates quoted against recovery items will not be included in the total amount rather it will be deducted while calculating financial statement of the agency. Dismantiling of bricks and in the DNIT. In case it is not possible to use this material on the work, the agency can take away this material after approval from employer. This material will be issued at the price quoted by the agency. However the reserve price is as under:- i) Doors @ 800/- Each

ii) Window @ 500/- Each Note:- All quantities of the above materials have been worked out on the basis of theoretical quantities laid on this building. However, agency may visit site before quoting rates and assess the extent of retrieved material. There shall be no measurement after actual dismantling and if material after dismantling is found on lesser side, no claim of agency on this score will be entertained and full recovery on the basis of quoted rate and quantity exhibited in the BOQ shall be made. The reserve rates are minimum rates to be used as base for quoting purchase rate by the agency. No rates below the reserve price will be entertained and reserve price will be considered for all purposes in case the agency quotes lesser than reserve price.
