Repair, maintenance and operation of motor-pumps,tubewells and pipe line at pump houses AtRD 820, BABEKI JAAL, SURJADA, SINDHUKA AND TUBEWELLS UNDER SUB DIV BAJJU

Part A :- O&M

Running expenditure of pumphouses which includes complete operation of pumpmotor , maintenance of log-books as directed by Engineer-in-charge, general upkeeping of premises, security arrangements, Regular chemical dosing in CWR, cleaning and desilting of SR/CWR/SUMP once every six months, daily valve operation under the Campus of pump house and all other works as mentioned in scope of work in tender document for per pump house per month. (power supply up to 8 hrs) also includes scrapping of SSF and Cleaning of RGF within the pump house (excluding repairing of pumping machinery etc.) Upto 50 HP

Maintenance of centrifugal pump sets and motor/ Monoblock including cost of rewinding of motor, material components & accessories required to repair pumpsets, starters etc. of electric panels, deinstallation and re installation of pumpsets complete in all respect for per Centrifugal pump set with pannel per month. maintenance of histroy sheet as directed by Engineer-in-charge for centrifugal pump set per month. Operated load of Centrifugal Pump sets (HP)

6.0 HP to 12.5 HP

13.0 HP to 20.0 HP

21.0 HP to 30.0 HP

Daily/ periodical operation of valves at supply times for specified by department per sluice valve per month. (Valve rod and cap to be arranged by contractor) 80-300mm

Maintenance of tubewells which includes round the clock monitoring of tubewells of all sizes, complete repairs / rewinding of submersible pump sets including cost of material components required to repair pumpsets, starters, meters etc. of electric panel of tube wells, Lowering and unlowering of pumpsets complete in all respect, maintenance of log-books & Histroy sheet as directed by Engineer-in-charge for tubewell per month. (For Rural Scheme where three phase electric supply is up to 8 hrs)

6.0 HP to 7.5 HP

Repairing of leakage in existing Distribution/Rising Main/Transmission Main AC/PVC/HDPE pipe line up to 1.5 mtr depth of sizes as given below by digging out suitable size of pit at site of work including dewatering and providing adequate safety arrangement at site. This will also include cutting of pipe ends, fixing of pipe piece with jointing material to make repair leak proof and then refill the pit from excavated sand by ramming it at sides of pipe & upto ground level for entire job contractor will use his own T&P & labour and will arrange transportation of material required from store. (Required material such as pipe piece, CID Joints shall be provided by Department free of cost) In all type Soil AC/PVC/HDPE pipe
