Removing dry or oil bound distemper, waterproofing cement paint and the like by scrapping and sand papering and preparing the surface smooth including necessary repairs to scratches etc. complete.

Repairs to plaster of thickness of 12 mm to 20 mm in patches of area 2.5 sq. meters and under, including cutting the patch in proper shape, raking out joints and preparing and plastering the surface of walls complete including disposal of rubbish to the dupming ground within 50 meters lead with cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 fine sand)with cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand)

Providing and applying Plaster of Paris putty of 2mm thickness over plastered surface to prepare the surface even and smooth complete

Providing and applying white cement based putty of specified thickness, of approved brand and manufacturer, over the plastered wall surface to prepare the surface even and smooth complete.

Applying one coat of water thinnable cement primer of approved brand and manufacture on wall surface complete job

Distempering with Oil bound washable distemper of approved brand and manufacture to give an even shade on New work (two or more coats) over and including priming coat with water thinnable cement primer

Painting with premium acrylic emulsion paint of interior grade having VOC content less than 50grams/litre of approved brand and manufacture, including applying additional coats wherever required. in patches two or more coats in approved colour and shade.

Wall painting with plastic emulsion paint of approved brand and manufacture to give an even shade, one or more coats on old work.
