M & L for lifting of unserviceable submersible motor & pump set of capacity 125 HP, three phase from bore hole of tubewell located at Khiriama Pump Hosue by disconnecting column pipes one by one with the help of chain pulley block after all disconnecting electrical and water connections from pump set and transporting the same to authorised workshop after de-coupling motor & pump for carrying out repair and bringing back the same to site, lowering of coupled motor pump set in borewell by making submersible cable joint water proof, flange joints with new nuts, bolts & washers, leather gasket/packing with proper alignment, binding of cable with column pipe with nylon rope and testing on completion complete all as specified and directed. Repair/replacement works to be carried on motor and pumps are mentioned here-in-after. Note: (i) Cost of taking up & lowering of column pipes, transportation of pumps & motor to workshop & back shall be deemed to be included in the rate quoted. (ii) All the items/parts mentioned in item Srl No. 1(a) to 1(n) here-in-after shall be suitable/compatible for the existing type and make of pumping set. (iii) Required T & P such as chain pulley block shall be contractor's responsibility. (iv) Repair/ replacement of shall be done within a period as intimated by the Engineer-in-Charge failing which necessary recovery shall be made.

(a) M & L for cutting and taking out the winding from stator slots of motor & cleaning the slots and rewinding the same by super enamelled copper wire PVC coated of existing size, weight and pattern including all insulation material complete

(b) M & L for replacement of upper & lower bush bearing of 125 HP pump as existing size made out from gun-metal complete all as specified and directed.

(c) M & L for replacement of thrust bearing plate with disc of 125 HP pump as existing size complete.

(d) M & L for replacement of "T" bolts-nuts, washer for 125 HP complete all as specified and directed.

(e) M & L for replacement of driven end and non driven end bowl bush bearing including necessary lathe work for smooth running complete all as specified and directed.

(f) M & L for replacement of driven end and non driven end shaft sleeve bearing of 125 HP pump as existing size including necessary lathe work for smooth running complete all as specified and directed.

(g) M & L for replacement of sand guard of 125 HP pump as existing size complete all as specified and directed.

(h) M & L for replacement of bowl bearing of 125 HP pump as existing size made out of gun metal complete all as specified and directed.

(j) M & L for replacement of driven end housing 'T' bolt made of high tensile steel incl foundry and black smith work with nut and washer complete all as specified and directed.

(k) M & L for bowl assembly of 125 HP pump as existing size complete with bearing made out from cast iron complete.

(l) M & L for neck rings suitable for 125 HP submersible pump set as per manufacturer's design complete.

(m) M & L for SS impeller suitable for 125 HP submersible pump set seven stage as per manufacturer's design complete.

(n) M & L for remetaling of shaft, turning, grinding as per the required size and polishing required as per site condition complete.

Taking down carefully centrifugal motor pump set 20 HP, three phase by disconnecting the pump from motor after unscrewing nuts/ bolts of coupling, foundation, inlet, delivery pipes and shifting of pump & motor to workshop for repair/ servicing, comprising strip opening of pump & motor, replacement of any defective parts, carrying out necessary lathe work, re-assembling and shifting from workshop to site, re-installation at location as directed by Engineer-in-Charge, testing on load, complete all as specified and as directed. Repair/replacement works to be carried on motor and pumps are mentioned here-in-after. Note: (i) Cost of taking down & refixing, transportation of pumps & motor to workshop & back shall be deemed to be included in the rate quoted. (ii) All the items/parts mentioned in item Srl No. 2.01 to 2.10 here-in-after shall be suitable/compatible for the existing type and make of pumping set.

(k) M & L for strip opening of motor after un-screwing nuts, bolts/ screws etc taking out rotor from stator, cutting and taking out burnt winding carefully from the stator, cleaning of slots, rewinding of stator with super enameled copper winding wire of appropriate size matching with manufacturer's design including replacement of all insulating materials such as glass paper, leathered paper, PVC insulated copper conductor wire connection leads of appropriate size with sleeves of suitable size upto terminal connection box, varnishing, drying up, re-assembling, refxing and re-installation at site complete and testing on load complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for lifting of unserviceable submersible motor & pump set of capacity 7.5 HP from bore hole of tubewell by disconnecting column pipes one by one with the help of chain pulley block after disconnecting electrical and water connections from pump set and transporting the same to workshop for rewinding with super enameled copper wire of existing gauge of approved quality including varnishing and replacement of unserviceable parts required for making the pump set serviceable like sealing kit, O-ring, gasket, water drain plug, sand guard, cable packing ring, cable gland ring, upper/lower bearing, adapter piece, motor key, upper/lower flange, neck ring, bowl stud, suction case, hex bolt, circlip, washer, motor/pump coupling, bowl stud, motor bush and pump bush, etc and reassembling, refixing and lowering in existing bore well including connection, commissioning and testing complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for cleaning of entire tiles inside swimming pool (approx surface area 1860 Sqmtr) with tile cleaning agent washing powder and other as required at site complete all as specified and as directed. Notes: (i) Necessary T&P and cleaning agent required for the work shall be contractor's responsibility. (ii) The job shall be done before commencing operation of swimming pool.

M & L for surface cleaning of water fountain - 01 Nos, sand filter- 04 Nos, delivery side of the swimming pool complex and throwing away the scrubbed material out side the swimming pool and painting with one coat of synthetic enamel paint of existing colour (approx surface area 30 Sqmtr ) complete all as specified and as directed. Notes: (i) Necessary T&P required for the work shall be contractors responsibility. (ii) The job shall be done before commencing operation of the swimming pool.

M & L scrubbing of side walls, bailing out mud/sludge from balancing tank of swimming pool (depth not more than 5.0 mtr and diameter 3.0 meter) and applying one coat of white wash on internal surfaces complete all as specified ansd directed. Taking out foot valve assembly 150mm dia along with connected MS pipe from 30 ft deep balancing sump of swimming pool and supply and fixing cast Iron foot valve 150mm dia flanged ends swing type operation with rubber seat as per IS:4038 PN 0.2 complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for replacement of stainless steel pre-filter/hair strainer in the suction line of water circulating pump, main screen and shall be fabricated from stainless steel perforated sheet having inlet and outlet of dia 150mm including gasket, nut, bolts and washer all etc complete as per site requirement as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge. Servicing of oil fired incinerator including cleaning of primary chamber, secondary chamber, painting of complete unit including chimney with two coats synthetic enamel paint matching with existing colour after cleaning the complete body surface by rubing with emery paper to remove old paint, dust etc all etc complete as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. Repair/replacement works to be carried on incinerator is mentioned here-in-after.

(a) M & L for MS 'C' class exhaust pipe flange type of 150mm dia including cuting, bending, welding to existing shape as per site requirement including nut, bolts, washers all etc complete as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

(b) M & L for servicing & overhauling of burner assembly unit including servicing of injector unit and connected electrical components including replacement of unserviceable spare parts and make servieable condition after servicing/overhauling, it shall be carried out by authorized rep of company the cost of material and labour included in the rate all etc complete as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

(c) M & L for servicing & overhauling of blower fan/exhaust fan assembly unit including servicing of blower fan and connected motor including replacement of unserviceable spare parts and make serviceable condition after servicing/overhauling all etc complete as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

(d) M & L for servicing & overhauling of pump motor assembly unit including servicing of pump and connected motor including replacement of unserviceable spare parts and make serviceable condition after servicing/overhauling all etc complete as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Demolition of brick work built in cement mortar including all quoins, arches, piller etc complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for brick work with sub class ‘B’ bricks, straight or curved on plan to exceeding 6m mean radius, built in 1:4 cement mortar complete all as specified and directed

S & F in repair framed steel works as in doors or gates of angle iron or other sections with gussets plates, rails braces, etc complete drilled for fixing of steel sheeting or other covering, doors etc to be prepared for hanging or sliding with and including either hooks and hinges or steel hanging doors fitting (exclusive of steel sheeting or other covering running rails and guides) including applying two coat of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified and directed.

Repair to water level indicator of OH Reservoir by replacement of brass float ball 30 mm dia 2mm thick mild steel pulley and flexible steel wire rope from brass float ball to measuring key and painting to indicator with 2 coat of synthetic enamel paint and marking number with red/black reflective type colour complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for earthing complete with galvanized iron or steel plate electrode 600 mm x 600 mm x 6.00 mm thick buried directly in ground vertically in pit of depth not less than 2.25 metre below normal ground level with top edge of the earth plate at a depth not less than 1.5 metre below normal ground level surrounded from all sides with mixture of charcoal and common salt in alternate layers and electrode connected to galvanized iron strip 32 x 6 mm dia as earthing lead by means of GI bolts, nuts, check nuts and washers, earth strip protected by galvanized steel pipe 40 mm bore (light grade) connected to machinery/ equipment all as shown in electrical plate No. 3 of SSR-2010 Part I and including necessary excavation and earth work in any type of soil, 20mm bore light grade GI pipe for watering, funnel, wire mesh, PCC (1:3:6) type C-1 chamber, CI Earthing Pit cover 300 x 300 mm with angle iron 20 x 20 mm, 3 mm thick complete all as specified. Note: (i) The unit rate includes earth lead and protection pipe up to maximum 7.5 metre from earth plate to earth point/test point. (ii) Earth pit shall be constructed minimum 0.5 metre away from earth.

S & F in repairs glow sign board made of retro reflective Type IV high intensity prismatic grade sheeting in twin colors conforming to IRC-67-2012 for display of size 900mm x 900mm x 200mm and connected items as required, sheet shall be digitally color printed indicating name of E/M installations as directed with logo of corps of Engineers (the height and size of diagram and lettering shall be provided and as directed by Engineer-in-charge). All the sides of sign board shall be embedded in 1.00mm thick GI sheet of size 150mm x 20mm channel with 2 No. LED tube light (4 feet length and 20watt) including necessary wiring shall be provided. The sign board shall be fixed on 2 Nos GI pipe, medium grade, 50mm dia 3mtr long including required No of clamp to held the board on pipe. The GI pipes shall be embedded 500mm below ground level including excavation and PCC M15 (Nominal Mix) with using 20mm graded stone aggregate in foundation of size 500mm depth x 200mm length x 200mm width and making good surface including taking down of old sign board complete all as specified and as directed Note: Earth work and PCC in foundations shall be inclusive of rates quoted by contractor.
