Taking down steel/aluminium chowkhats or frames with shutters (without taking off shutters from the frames) of size exc 1.5 Sqm but not exc 4.0 Sqm including making good, filling of concrete to steel windows holdfast portion, in Second and Third floor of bldg complete all as specified and directed.

S&F aluminium frame powder coated of any colour as approved pressed aluminium frame two side rebates for glass shutter and wiremesh shutter (Thickness of powder coating not less than 50 micron) for doors, windows, ventilators, partitions, with one or more rebates including joining cleat for fixing etc thickness of aluminium section shall be more than 1 mm thick ness, in Second floor and Third floor of bldg complete all as specified and directed. Note : Fixing of aluminium frame to walls etc shall be fixed with PVC rawl plugs with stainless steel screws of length not less than 150 mm at places as directed, quoted rate shall deemed to include the same.

S&F anodised aluminium powder coated window and ventilator shutters, side hung type without sash bars, aluminium sections weighing 0.55 kg/m including necessary joining cleats, glazing clips, rubber packing, anodised aluminium powder coated snap beading, screws, anodised aluminium fittings such as peg stays 150mm long (1 no.). powder coated hinges 100 mm long (2 nos.)100 mm aluminium powder coated handle per each shutter in Second and Third floor of bldg complete all as specified and directed.

S&F 4.8 mm thick sheet glass, ordinary quality ,fixing with aluminium power coated glazing pins rubber gasket in square of any thickness in each pane area exc. 0.5 sqm for aluminium frames in Second floor and Third floor complete all as specified and directed.

S & F Stainless steel wire mesh 0.36 mm nominal dia of wire and average width of aperture 1.40 mm and fixed with stainless steel wire staples Second floor and Third floor of bldg complete all as specified and directed.

S&F anodised aluminium powder coated grills (anodised transparent or dyed to required shade according to IS: 1868 with minimum anodic coating of grade AC 15) of approved design/pattern, with approved standard section and fixed to the existing window frame with stainless steel screws @ 200 mm centre to centre, powder coated aluminium standard section around the opening, all complete as per requirement, second floor and third floor of bldg complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for cement plastering 15 mm thick in cement mortar 1:4 on brick work or concrete surfaces or in chajjas/ parapet walls etc finished even and smooth with using extra cement including taking down old existing plaster complete all as specified and directed.

M&L applying of 02 coats of interior emulsion paint 10 sq.m/litre/2 coats by using roller to wall surfaces over &including a coat of interior wall primer @ 10 sq.m/litre/1 coat as recommended-for under coat by manufacturer of interior emulsion by using following brands of emulsion and primer and 1 mm thick wall putty complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for applying 2 coats of 100% Premium acrylic emulsion exterior paint having VOC less than 50 gm/litre and UV resistance as per IS 15489:2004, Alkali & fungal resistance, dirt resistance exterior paint of required shade (Company Depot Tinted) with silicon additives @ 1.43 litre/ 10 sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 0.90 litre/ 10 sqm and 1 mm thick putty over new plaster surfaces complete all as specified and directed.
