Excavation in trenches n.exc 1.5 mtr wide and n exc 1.5 mtr in depth and getting out in soft/ loose soil for laying of cables etc complete all as specified and as directed.

Returning, filling in including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers n.exc 25 cm in soft / loose soil complete all as specified and as directed.

Removing surplus excavated soil n.exc 50 mtr and depositing where directed at a level n.exc 1.5 mtr above the starting point complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for sand filling in trenches with clean dry unwashed sand for cushioning of under ground cable in layers of 23cm thick (8 cm before laying the cable and 15 cm thick after laying the cable) including watering and consolidation, complete all as specified and as directed. Note : Punned thickness of sand will be measured.

Supply and laying of sub class B bricks laid flat adjacent to each other perpendicular to the direction of U/G cable complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for GI tube light grade ISI marked laid in trenches in road crossing or fixed on pole with clamp made out of MS flat 25 x 4mm with bolts, nuts and washer of suitable size for cable protection of size 40 mm dia complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and laying XLPE insulated, armoured heavy duty electric cable with aluminium conductor, 1100 volts grade, cross-sectional area 6 Sqmm 2 core complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking down old Unsv UG cable off size from trenches complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for Earthing complete with GI earth plate electrode 600 x600 x 6 mm burried directly in ground vertical to a depth not less then 2.25 mtr below ground level with the top edge of earth plate at a depth of not less then 1.5 mtr below normal ground level connected to GI strip 32 x 6mm by means of nuts bolts and washers including GI Protection pipe up to 7.5 mtr to be mentioned made out of galvanised iron and GI strip connected to earthing points including necessary excavation earth work PCC (1:3:6) type C1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate earth chamber 40mm thick RCC cover with PCC (1:2:4) type B1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate 20 mm dia GI medium grade watering pipe, funnel, protection pipe, adiquate quantity of comman salt, charcoal ctc and connecting up to equipements complete all as specified and shown in electrical plate No. 3 of MES Sch Part - 1 (2009).

Dismanting &Taking down of old unsv steel tubular poles with new Steel tubular pole 410 SP-31 (9 metre long) ISI marked complete with cast iron base plate, finial taper plug, nuts, bolts and washers transporting to errecting point including erection in position and painting of poles with one coat of red oxide primer and two coat of aluminium paint before fixing & embedded portion shall be painted with two coat of black bituminous paint all as specified . Note : Excavation, earth work, PCC in foundation and filling & coping shall be measured and paid separetely.

M&L for PCC (1:2:4) type B1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate as in roof kerbs/ coping/ bed plates and the like including weathering slightly rounded or chamfered angles with necessary form work complete all as specified and directed.
