Excavation for road way in soil by mechanical means including cutting and pushing the earth to site of embankment upto a distance of 100 metres (average lead50 metres), including trimming bottom and side slopes in accordance with requirements of lines, grades and cross sections.

Construction of embankment/shoulder with approved material obtained from borrow pits with all lifts and lead of 1km, transporting to site, spreading, grading to required slope and compacting to meet requirement of table 300-2.Including cost of all material,Labour,T&P etc. complete as per MORT&H specification and as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.(Local Earth)

Construction of granular sub-base by (GSB Gr-1) providing coarse graded of approved quarry material, spreading in uniform layers with motor grader on prepared surface, mixing by mix in place method with rotavator at OMC, and compacting with vibratory roller to achieve the desired density, including cost of all material, Labour, T&P, etc complete as per MORTH clause 401.

Providing, laying, spreading and compacting graded stone aggregate to wet mix macadam specification including premixing the Material with water at OMC in mechanical mix plant carriage of mixed Material by tipper to site, laying in uniform layers with paver in sub- base / base course on well prepared surface and compacting with vibratory roller to achieve the desired density.

Providing, laying, spreading and compacting graded stone aggregate of approved quarry to wet mix macadam after mixing with water at OMC in mechanical mix plant carriage of mixed Material by tipper to site, laying with 1% cement and 3.5% Emulsion in uniform single layer with paver in sub- base / base course on well prepared surface and compacting with vibratory roller to achieve the desired density as per MORTH clause 406

Providing and applying tack coat with bitumen (VG-10)using bitumen pressure distributor at the rate of 0.20 kg per sqm on the prepared above ETA surface cleaned with mechanical broom.Including cost of all material,Labour,T&P etc. complete as per MORTH specification including cost of material, Labour, T&P etc. .Complete as per MORT&H Specification.

Providing and laying bituminous concrete with 100-120 TPH batch type hot mix plant producing an average output of 30 tonnes per hour using crushed aggregates of specified grading, premixed with bituminous binder @ 5.4 per cent of mix and filler, transporting the hot mix to work site, laying with a hydrostatic paver finisher with sensor control to the required grade, level and alignment, rolling with smooth wheeled, vibratory and tandem rollers to achieve the desired compaction as per MORTH specification clause No. 509.

PCC in 1:3:6 Providing concrete for plain/reinforced concrete in open foundations complete as per drawings and technical specifications.

Sand Fillling in foundation trenches as per drawing and technical specification.

Brick Masonry Work in Cement Mortar 1:3 in Foundation complete excluding Pointing and Plastering, as per Drawing and Technical Specifications.

Providing and laying 600mm reinforced cement concrete pipe NP4 for culverts on first class bedding of granular material in single row including fixing collar with cement mortar 1:2 but excluding excavation, protection works, backfilling, concrete and masonry works in head walls and parapets Clause 1106.

Providing and laying 900mm reinforced cement concrete pipe NP4 for culverts on first class bedding of granular material in single row including fixing collar with cement mortar 1:2 but excluding excavation, protection works, backfilling, concrete and masonry works in head walls and parapets.

Pointing with cement mortar (1:2) on brickwork as per drawing and technical specification .

Plain/Reinforced Cement Concrete in Open Foundation complete as per Drawing and Technical Specifications. RCC Grade M 20

Supplying, fitting and placing HYSD bar reinforcement in super-structure complete as per drawing and technical specifications as per MORT&H.

Providing and laying of weephole in brick massonary in abutment and wing wall with 100mm dia PVC pipe extending through the full width of the structuer with slope of 1v:20 H towarddrawing force complete as per drawing and technical specification.

Providing and laying Reinforced cement concrete in M-25 grade concrete including reinforcement and formwork complete as per drawing and Technical specification and as per relevant clauses of section 1500, 1600, 1700 and clause 2704 of specification .

Back filling behind abutment, wing wall and return wall complete as per drawing and Technical Specification

Providing and laying of hot appiled thermoplastic compound 2.5mm thick including reflectorising glass beads @ 250gms per sqm area, Thickness of 2.5 mm is exclusive of surface applied glass beads as per IRC : 35 The finished surface to be level, uniform and free from streak and holes.

The routine maintenance of above road work including earthen shoulder, and bitumenous pavement etc to the required standards and in the manner as defined in CB Condition and keep the entire road surface and structure in Defect free condition during the entire maintenance period which begins from the actual Completion Date and ends after five years. (including cost of material T&P labour but excluding GST) for 1st year maintenance cost @ 0.0% (Item No. 1 to 20)

The routine maintenance of above road work including earthen shoulder, and bitumenous pavement etc to the required standards and in the manner as defined in CB Condition and keep the entire road surface and structure in Defect free condition during the entire maintenance period which begins from the actual Completion Date and ends after five years. (including cost of material T&P labour but excluding GST) for 2nd year maintenance cost @ 0.25% (Item No. 1 to 20)

The routine maintenance of above road work including earthen shoulder, and bitumenous pavement etc to the required standards and in the manner as defined in CB Condition and keep the entire road surface and structure in Defect free condition during the entire maintenance period which begins from the actual Completion Date and ends after five years. (including cost of material T&P labour but excluding GST) for 3rd year maintenance cost @ 0.50% (Item No. 1 to 20)

The routine maintenance of above road work including earthen shoulder, and bitumenous pavement etc to the required standards and in the manner as defined in CB Condition and keep the entire road surface and structure in Defect free condition during the entire maintenance period which begins from the actual Completion Date and ends after five years. (including cost of material T&P labour but excluding GST) for 4th year maintenance cost @ 0.75% (Item No. 1 to 20)

The routine maintenance of above road work including earthen shoulder, and bitumenous pavement etc to the required standards and in the manner as defined in CB Condition and keep the entire road surface and structure in Defect free condition during the entire maintenance period which begins from the actual Completion Date and ends after five years.
