M&L for 18 to 20mm thick Granite slab (of any type) work (table rubbed and polished) in steps, jambs, pillars, window cills, cooking platforms and like in cement mortar (1:4) including pointing in white cement (1:2) using marble dust with admixture of pigment to match with shade of granite including circular cutting, chamfering of edges as required complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for machine cut Kota stone slab flooring 18-20mm thick, size of each slab not less than 55cmx55cm, with 75mm wide white marble border alround, laid over & including 15 mm thick screed bed in cement mortar 1:6, jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the slab including rubbing, grinding and polishing using grinding macine to yield mirror finish complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Machine cut Kota stone slab not less than 16mm thick as in riser of steps, skirting, dado and pillar laid over & including 10 mm thick screed base in cement mortar 1:4 and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the slab including rubbing, grinding and polishing tusing grinding macine to yield mirror finish complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for non skid ceramic, parking tile, heavy duty coloured Endura tile dotted, of size 300mmx300mmx10mm, top layer glazed made in any type of cement and pigment, in required patterns in floor etc set & jointed in neat cement slurry & pointed in white or coloured cement mixed with pigment to match the shade of tile over and including 15mm thick screed bed or bedding layers in CM 1:6 for laying floor finishes, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Machine Pressed, rubber moulded, precast concrete interlocking paver block any shape and size, red or yellow colour, M-35 Grade, 60mm thick confirming to IS-15658-2006 with grey cement and pigments, complete all as specified & directed. Note:- Sand cushioning shall be measured and paid for separately.

All as per description of serial item No. 92.00 here-in-before but except paver blocks. Note: Old retrived serviceable paver blocks shall be re-used.

M&L for 50mm thick sand cushioning using clean fine graded river sand under paver blocks, including watering and compacting complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for rendering 5 mm thick plaster in cement mortar 1:3 on concrete surfaces as in ceilings finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for rendering 10 mm thick plaster on fair faces of brick work or concrete surface in cement mortar 1:6, finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down cement plaster and decayed concrete of any description from roof projection, chajja etc upto tripple storey of building, and making good the decayed portion with cement mortar 1 :3 mixed with & including water proofing compound as per manufacturer's instructions or PCC 1:2:4 type B-0 (using 12.5mm graded crushed stone aggregate) including necessary form work and finally finished the surface with 15mm thick cement plaster in cement mortar 1:3, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 75 mm thick cement concrete 1:3:6, type C-1 (using 20mm graded stone aggregate as in plinth protection finished even and smooth using extra cement (incl necessary joint filling with mixture of paving bitumen & sand in 1:3) complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of newly plastered surfaces of walls and applying two coat of oil bound distemper, white or tinted shade including priming and smoothing surface with 1.00mm thick cement based wall care putty complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for removal of existing treatment of walls, preparation of surfaces and applying two coat of oil bound distemper, white or tinted shade including priming and smoothing surface with 1.00mm thick cement based wall care putty complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of newly plastered external surfaces of walls applying two coats of cement based paint, white or tinted including curing before and after paint complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of old surfaces of walls of any description including washing down, rubbing, brooming down with wire brush, scrapping down smoke, roots, moulds, salts and treading oil and greasy spots, including taking down existing grass, vegetation, small trees and making good the disturbed surface with cement mortar 1:3 and applying one coat of cement based paint, white or tinted including curing before & after paint complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of newly plastered surfaces of ceilings and applying three coats of white wash complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of new or previously untreated steel or iron surfaces of any description, over 10 cm width or girth and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red-oxide primer complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for prepration of old steel surfaces of any description, not other wise described over 10 cm width or girth and applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint, white or tinted complete all as specified and directed.

S&F powder coated Anodised aluminium frame for doors, windows, ventilators with one or more rebates including joining cleat for fixing etc. having minimum thickness of powder coating 50 micron incl taking down complete all as specified and directed.

S&F powder coated Anodised aluminium door shutters, aluminium section weighing 0.55 kg/ m including necessary joining cleats, glazing clips, ruber neoprene packing, handles 2 Nos in each door, hinges, anodised aluminum snap beading screws etc.incl powder coating of any colour not less than 50 micron thickness complete all as specified and directed.

S&F powder coated Anodised aluminium window and ventilator shutters, side hung type without sash bars, aluminium sections weighing 0.55 kg/m including necessary joining cleats, glazing clips, rubber packing, anodised aluminium snap beading, screws, anodised aluminium fittings such as peg stays 150mm long (1 no.). hinges type B-21 100mm long (2 no.) suitable handle (1 no.) incl Powder Coating of minimum thickness of powder coating not less than 50 micron complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down existing aluminium door/window shutter and refixing to same opening after repairing, easing and adjusting incl replacement of damaged hinges, brass mortice lock, sheet glass, door closer, Elco panel 4 mm thick, floor spring, rubber neoprene packing, aluminium beading, glazing clips and ss screws etc. complete all as specified Note:- Mortice lock, sheet glass, hydraulic door closer, floor spring and composit panel shall be measured and paid separately as Supply only).

Supply only Aluminium (extruded section body) Door closer hydraulically regulated, designation No. 1 universal type, suitable for door shutters up to 700 mm in width and of weight not more than 35 kg and fixed all as specified and directed.

Supply only Sheet glass 4.8mm thick, ordinary quality fixed with aluminium beading and rubber gaskeet exc 0.50 sqm each. all as specified and directed.

Supply only for Aluminium Mortice lock, 4 Lever, vertical type of size 100mm complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for rendering 15 mm thick plaster in cement mortar 1:4 mixed with intergral water proofing compound and applying 75 mm thick padding and junction coved filling of PCC M-20 Nominal Mix (1:1.5:3) using 12.5mm graded stone aggregate on the junction of floor and wall the surface shall then be cured and allowed to dry, apply Epoxy Resins Coating, polymer Modified Cementation coating like brush bond of fosroc, pidilite and bostic as per manufacturer's instructions both on floor as well as on wall complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only liquid water proofing compound conformimg to relevant IS complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for cement concrete 1:5:10 type D-2 (using 40mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in mass filling in sunken floors of kitchens/toilets, complete all as specified and directed.

Cleaning/clearing of sewage line (including manholes) 100mm to 150mm bore of any description, underground at any depth, removing any type of blockage including desilting, descaling & dechocking of drains as well as manholes and depositing the sludge in a pit (including digging of pit) not less than 100 metres away from the site of cleaning and covering the sludge with layer of 2.5cm thick layer of earth and spraying unslacked lime on the pit and making sewage line smooth functional complete all as specified and directed.
