Dismantling of old existing 600mm dia NRV from the pump set by cutting of old rusted nut bolts with the help of gas cutter and operating the dismantling joint with the help of tools & tackles, heavy manual labour and shifting the same at safe place with the help of proper logistics as per site requirement.
Supply of Non-Return valve cast iron double flanged single door swing check valve having body, door cover of graded in cast iron to IS:210, Gr.Fg. 260, body and door rings of gun metal (LTB2 as per IS:318), hinge pin of stainless steel AISI:410. Flanges to be drilled as per IS: 1538 Part-IV & VI. Valves are suitable for hydrostatic test pressure of 10 Kg./Cm2 for seat and 15 Kg./Cm2 for body (PN-1 Rating) size 600 mm dia. Make: - IVC/Kirloskar/ DJB approved.
Isolation of the delivery of pump set by using of blank flange of 600mm dia and 400mm dia to avoid the leakage inside the pump house for safe working.
Supply of Nut, Bolts and washer as required size. ISI Mark
Supply of Rubber Gasket Packing/Sheet 50% synthetic. Make: - Jyoti/National/DJB Approved.
Providing of carbon brush holder as per sample for Jyoti motor 220 KW

Fixing of new 600mm dia. NRV with the help of manual heavy labour tools & tackles, T&P etc. by tightening of nut, bolts & washer of taper, NRV and dismantling joint of the pump set. The work also includes of making base foundation for NRV.
Transportation charges for NRV and man & material, T&P at site of work. The works also includes minor painting with black enamel as per site requirement.
Testing & Commissioning of NRV at full pressure.
