Supply and fixing of Hardrawn refrigerant copper piping with nitrile rubber insulation for suction and discharge for 11/17 TR ductable units complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supplying and fixing of CPVC drain pipes f size 32mm SDR 11 & Plain CPVC SDR 11 with necessary accessoriesto drain the condensation drain water from the drain tray to the nearest drain point complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Supply, installation, testing and commisioning of 6 core x 2.5 sqmm shielded copper communication cable for the communication from outdoor to indoor unit for ductable units complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply and fixing of MS Fabricated stand to mount the outdoor with isolation rubber pads and one coat of primier and 1 coat of black paint for 11/17 TR ductable units complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply and fixing of MS Fabricated stand to mount the outdoor with isolation rubber pads and one coat of primier and 1 coat of black Paint for 5.5 TR ductable unit complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply of Refrigerant Gas R-32/R410A all as specifed and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply , assembly and erection of GI sheet with C & SS rectangular/square duct made out of 'L' shaped hollow profile, duly factory boxed, incl all accessories such as Corner, Cleat, Carriage bolt, Gasket and appropriate sealant on longitudinal joints etc complete of following sizes complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply and Installation of thermal insulation on ducts with 9 mm thick Nitrile rubber with cotton tape and adhesive complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply and installation of under Deck insulation for ductable split AC unit location (RB Glass wool + 26 Gauge aluminium perforated sheet+ Roofing Bolts) complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge including the following:- (a) M&L for cleaning the duct surface (to be insulated ) by scrapping carefully with wire brush etc. to make the surface completely free of millscale, dirt, dust, grease and other foreign materials, taking special care so that all duct joints are sealed against any leakage. (b) M&L for applying rubber based adhesive CPRX compound. (c) M&L for sealing of all longitudinal joints and circular overlaps with and including Aluminium foil tape 50 mm wide, to make the insulation leakproof. (d) M & L for securing the insulation with and including mechanically fastened nylon/ steel straps of size 12 mm/50 mm at maximum intervals of 1.2 mtr.

Supply & fixing of flexible connections constructed of fire resistant double between machine mouth to main duct canvas sleeve with zip provision complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply and installation of GI Volume Control Dampers of GSS blades, channels, flanges for duct mounting, operationg handle etc complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply & installation of fresh air arragnement with birdmesh, vcd & cowl complete all as specifed and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply of Aluminum powder coated Supply Air Grill with Collar Damper Size:600X600mm complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Suply of Aluminum powder coated Return Air Grill without Collar Damper Size: 600X600mm complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply of 10" Flexible duct,Mixing Boxes & Butterfly Dampers with jubilee clamps complete all as specifed and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Air Balancing for Air Terminals of required CFM and all volume control dampers to acheieve the air flow of desired air volume at desired locations as per the client and the consultant.

Dismantling of ceiling boards(fibre, Pulp, insulation etc) or insulation boards/slabs thickness,including cover fillets and re fixed in same position on completion of job as on ceiling

Note: (a) The work will be carried out in Auditorium at the approx height of 9.00m (b) The system should be capable to maintaining inside conditioned air temperature 21±3 degree centigrade and RH 55%±5%. (c) The rate includes Necessary core cutting and tarpaulin between AC duct and evaporator unit
