Supply and erection of M.S. Stepped tubular pole of 8 Metre Length Single Bracket Pole with Base Plate (250 x 250 x 6mm) 114.30mm OD x 5.40mm Thick x 4500mm Length, 88.90mm OD x 4.85mm Thick x 1500mm Length, 76.10mm OD x 3.25mm Thick x 1500mm Length with single arm ornamental bracket of outer dia 50 mm pipe bent suitably to give a height of 1.5 mtr and overhang welded suitably with ornamental bracket and fixed rigidly with 8 Nos of bolt and nuts to prevent any turning movement of bracket due to wind with sheet moulded compound (SMC) junction box IP 42 protection of size (295mm x 225 mm x 120mm) , fire proof of suitable size with 4 way terminal block with hylem sheet of size (250mm x 200mm x 6mm) with 1 No. 16 A DP MCB provided at a height of 2.0 mtr from the ground level with embossing of metalic "DANGER 440 V" with earth connection with earth bolts of size 8mmx25mm welded on the pole at one end with 2 mtr of 40 mm GI pipe for incoming and outgoing cable.The pole shall be provided for coil earth with No. 8 SWG GI wire of 11.5 mtr of length in which 10 mtrs of total length compressed in to a coil of one meter length. The pole shall be painted with one coat of red oxide primer paint and two coats of aluminium paint of reputed make to the length of pole with supply and fixing of 1 No. 100W LED Street Light Fitting with LED suitable for pole dia 63 mm (max)/ equivalent to be approved by PWD officials with necessary connection wire from junction box to the fittings with 3 x 2.5 sq. mm. (28/0.3 mm) PVC copper wire for each fitting with pole earthing with necessary connections testing and commissioning as per the specification. The MS tubular pole is to be embeded in the bridge with suitable clamping and MS cover plate. The pole should be mounted and the side wall of the bridge with suitable clamping arrangements.

GI pipe (class B) Complete with suitable MS clamps for LED steet light fitting and SMC box with PVC unsheathed copper leads from SMC box to fitting and with painting of suitable colour .

Supply, erection and commissioning and testing of outdoor type pillar box 5 feet x 4 feet x 18" with angle iron support and with double door made up of 16 gauge MS sheet with lock and key arrangements finished with anti corrosive treatment and painting with view glass arrangements for meter and indication lamp with weather proof ventilation arrangements mounted on suitable concrete pedestal with cable entry holes to accommodate the following control gears, cubical type panel with two coats of enamal paint in sheet heavy gauge complete with two coats of enamel paint with two independent compartments for EB metering arrangements with sealing provision to accommodate EB meter, 4 way vertical type TP MCB DB timer etc.,

Supply and fixing of 4 way vertical type TPMCB DB in outdoor type pillar box with 1 No. 63 A FP MCB isolator for incomer and 4 Nos 32 A TP MCB as outgoing with suitable cable entry box with connections.(Legrand make)

Supply and fixing of TNEB meter board suitable for 32A three phase service connection with 3Nos. 32A fuse unit (500V) 32A neutral link and earth link (1"x1/8"copper flat) on TW plank of size 600mm x 450mm x 19mm with supporting TW reepers of 1" thick an either side with painting with suitable bolt and nuts for fixing the TW plank on wall with earth connection and inter connection with 7/20 PVC insulated copper wire from EB meter to fuse unit with 1No 40 Amp 30 MA Four Pole RCD / RCCB (Higher End) with suitable necessary connection.

Supply and fixing of 3 phase 32A aerial fuse unit for 3 Nos. 32A fuse units (500V) on suitable MS sheet covered with 6mm thick hylem sheet on suitable angle iron work the tapping pole with necessary clamps.

Supply and fixing of Havells make time clock switch Model No. DHTED15016 with 32 A Three phase 4 pole contactor (L/t or Equivalent) with connections for controlling street light.

Supply and Laying of 3 1/2 x 25 sq.mm. PVC armoured LTUG cable in suitable size HDPE pipe in a trench to be excavated at a depth of 0.75 metre and refilling the earth to make good.

Supply and Laying of 4 x 16 sq.mm. PVC armoured LTUG cable in suitable size HDPE pipe in a trench to be excavated at a depth of 0.75 metre and refilling the earth to make good.

Supply and clamping of 31/2 X 25 sq.mm PVC LTUG armoured Cable on post or on wall with MS clamps.

Supply and clamping of 4 X 16 sq.mm. PVC armoured LTUG Cable in Suitable HDPE Pipe on post or on wall with MS clamps.

Supply and clamping of 31/2 X 25 sq.mm. PVC armoured LTUG Cable in Suitable HDPE Pipe on post or on wall with MS clamps.

Supply and fixing of brass cable gland for 3-1/2 x 25 sq.mm. PVC armoured LTUG cable with earth connection.

Supply and providing cable end termination of 3-1/2 x 25 sq.mm. PVC LTUG aluminium armoured cable with necessary aluminium cable sockets by crimping etc with electrical connection complete.

Earthing as per the ISI specification with an earth electrode of 2.10 metre Class 'B' GI pipe of dia not less than 40mm with copper earth plate of size 125mm x 50mm x 6mm with necessary funneling arrangements with necessary masonry work and with 38mm RCC cover slab for the brick masonry.

Supply and run of 1 of No.8 SWG GI wire for earth connection.
