TTPS ES Circle EM II Arresting oil leak in the HV LV bushing and improve the BDV of transformer oil in 2MVA AHP power Transformer B in AHP Stage I

Disconnection of HV power cable & its terminal box and earth flats.

Disconnection of LV power cable & terminal box/LV bus duct terminal connection & Terminal Box.

Releasing the old transformer oil from tank and Releasing the radiator cooling fins, valves and cleaning by using forced oil method.

Releasing the Buchholz relay, conservator tank, vent, pipe, oil & winding temperature gauges, Disconnection of winding CT terminals.

Charges for leading and shifting of power transformer without oil from AHP Stage-I Transformer ‘B’ in location to Unit 1 repair bay.(5 Ton x 200 mtr = 1000 Tons/mtr).

Removing the top cover of the transformer and Disconnecting the HV/LV leads from Bushings and lifting the core and winding.

Complete cleaning of the Tap switch and attending defects if any during testing.

Cleaning, servicing and gasket replacement to Buchholz relay, MOG, oil level gauge glass, explosion vent pipe, conservator tank, silicagel & replacement of diaphragm.

Dismantling of HV & LV Bushings,cleaning, checking the bushing rods,replacing the deteriorated O rings & gaskets by new, assembling and fixing in the transformer tank.

Repositioning of the core & winding assembly in Transformer tank and reconnecting the HV/LV leads.

Providing New Gasket at top cover and fixing the top cover.

Fixing the radiator coolng fins, valves, conservator tank, Buchholz relay, explosion vent pipe, WTI, OTI, winding CT bushings, breather pipe & breather in complete shape by replacing all deteriorated gaskets by new one.

Leading the oil filter machine from its shed to transformer location and extending power supply, transport back to is shed after completion of hot oil circulation.

Filling up the transformer with new transformer oil through oil filter machine.

Charges for leading and shifting of AHP-I power Transformer with oil (6 Ton x 200 Mtr = 1200 Ton/Mtr).

Hot oil circulation till the IR value of the transformer winding & breakdown value of the oil reaches the required level and attending to the connected & related works.

Connecting HV power cables, fixing terminal box & earth flats.

Connecting LV power cables & terminal box / LV Bus duct terminals and fixing terminal box and assisting in testing the transformer.

Supply of new rubberized cork screw gasket sheet of varies sizes for replacement in AHP stage-I power transformer ‘B’ (1 mtr*1mtr*10mm)
