Painting of structural members, pipelines, Pipe racks and EOT crane in MRTDDF & Mechanical workshop. The work includes Surface preparation and applying one coat of primer, two coats of Polyurethane paint on structures, pipelines, piperacks, EOT crane with DFT not less than 120micron The scope of work includes the supply of Polyurethane paint, primer, thinner, cleaning materials, tools, tackles and manpower for completing the job as required and directed by the Engineer in- charge. Note: 1) Vendors are advised to visit the site for accessing the work before quoting. 2) The rate shall include cost of material, consumable, labour, and other expenditure involved for finished item 3) Paint / Primer / Thinner should be Asian/ Berger/ Indigo/ MRF/ Nerolac/ Pidilite make.

Erection & de-erection of scaffolding at various locations of Oxide production facility, Zirconium Complex as per engineer in charge direction for painting work with supply of required scaffolding pipes, clamps, safety platform grills etc as per IS:4014(Part 1&2)-1967 and directed by the Engineer in - charge. Note: 1) The rate shall include cost of material, consumable, labour, and other expenditure involved for finished item
