Supply, erection, installation testing and commissioning of Electric Operated over head travelling crane 1.5 Ton capacity with and including MS Double Girder class -II with hoisting mechanism , control panel , electric motors and gear driven , long, cross travel VVVF control devices for normal and micro speed control operated from floor and safety devices for smooth functioning of EOT Crane . All motors shall be squirrel cage foot/flange mounted , gear box shall be helical type duly hardened and totally enclosed complete with rope drum wire with four falls complete with locable type bottom block pully , limit switches etc complete with EMDC brake in hoist motion . Control panel shall be made of 16 SWG MS sheet duly powder coated and suitable rating of power/ control contactors and VVVF drive for all the three motions ie Hoist, LT and CT duly wired for dual operation ie push button with frequency control and remote operation of EOT crane . New shrounded type TPN PVC insulated DSL system of suitable rating of 415 volts 4 wire of suitable capacity including current collector, supporting brackets insulators and other standard fixture and fittings, buffers including all safety devices complete with Radio remote controller with receiver unit . The remote should have atleast two speed variation of hoist , LT and CT motion with atleast four spare buttons, New armoured cable of 3.5 core 25 sqmm-26 mtr , new MCCB 3 pole 63 Amps 16 KA in Ms enclouser in MS enclosure padestal/wall mounted type of suitable capacity including material and labour for MS pillars/column made of suitable size of MS section but not less than labour for erection of LT gantry/run bay beam made of MS channel/ISMB and MS rail section of suitable size for faciliatating of LT motion of EOT crane -19 Mtr each side and all associated civil works such as pillars/columns foundations of specification as recommended by OEM, fabrication complete and making good of disturbed surface . EOT crane structure and connected equipments to be painted with golden yellow/Tractor orange colour( by mechanical means) after applying Red Oxide primer and preparation complete all as specified and directed. EOT crane should be suitable to meet the following requirement conforing to IS-807, IS-3177, IS-2062 &IS-800 complete all as specified and load testing and other functional check after completion. Note for item No.1 to 7:- (I) Bidders are advised to visit the site along with OEM of EOT crane before quoting the rates for ascertaining the correctness of scope of work in BoQ. Bidder shall upload a certificate duly countersigned by rep of Executing Agency (i.e. GE (AF) MC Chandigarh) on its letter head duly certifying that they have visited the work site and have verified the scope of work on ground. Only those bidders shall be considered in T-Bid who will upload the certificate along with Application. Failing of the same shall render the rejection in the T-bid evaluation and F-bid shall not be opened. (ii) Bidder's intention are invited that the Work shall be executed through OEM of crane, Necessary MoU with OEM on Rs 100/- non-Judicial stamp paper duly notarized shall be submitted by the Bidder(OEM are exempted from production of MoU if the bid direcetly) within 15 days of issue of Work Order no.1. Failing of submission of MoU within its due date shall form necessary condition for cancellation of contract on default of contractor and the contractor shall have no claim whatsoever. Necessary Sch'A' Notes shall be referred for more information.

Supply, commissioning, installation, testing & fixing chain pully block with chain of capacity 1 Ton to the existing girder all fittings compelet all as specified and directed.

S&F angle channel, square rail, clamps and back plates fabricated from structural steel sections including nuts, bolts, washers, welding, bending cold or hot, drilling holes for bolts, in any shape or size as indicated or directed and inclusive of prepration of surface, one coat red oxide zinc cromate primer and two coat of approved color ISI marked Synthetic enamel paint. Note :- Item is required for stregthning of column brackets wherever required.
