SWITCH YARD -I WORKS : Charges for cutting and dismantling the connected pipe joints of suction & discharge gas pipelines and also dismantling the connected U clamp supports by cutting, lifting the condenser 'B' at switch yard I AC plant, approximate weight 0.5 Ton using lifting arrangement, chain blocks, shifting and kept at indoor switch yard I including the cost of all consumables, T&P hire charges etc., as per the direction of Engineer in-charge.
charges for lifting the reconditioned condenser to indoor switch yard I AC Plant (approximate Weight 0.5 Ton ) by using chain block and special lifting equipments, re- fixing in existing position of condenser 'B', fixing of U – clamps &welding of clamp with condenser of structural channels , tightening of bolts & nut after aligning and fixing in correct position , as per the direction of Engineer – In charge.
Charges for re fixing of suction and discharge refrigerant gas pipe line by re-welding, Charging Nitrogen gas, Pressure testing , Leak arresting if any, releasing the Nitrogen gas, Vaccumissing the system & commissioning of the condenser - B at switch yard I AC plant as per the direction of Engineer – In charge.
Charges for Loading and Unloading of worn out 20 Tr Condenser from Switch yard I AC Plant room to central stores for devolution of the wornout 20 Tr Condenser as scrap.
