M&L for cleaning the overhead reservoir cap 50000 gallons to 1.0 lakh gallons (twin or single chamber) by draining the complete water and brushing the surface with iron brush and removing the complete mud/ silt and and washing the complete inner surface of the tank to the entire satisfaction and surrounding areas cleaning and writing the date of cleaning on surface of tank with white synthetic enamelled paint on black background at pump house No-08,03,11 complete all as specified and directed. Note:T&P, material, labour involved in cleaning shall be arranged by the contractor without any extra cost to the department.

M&L for cleaning the semi underground reservoir cap 50000 gallons(at Kaluchak) by draining the complete water and brushing the surface with iron brush and removing the complete mud/ silt and and washing the complete inner surface of the tank to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge and writing the date of cleaning on surface of tank with white synthetic enamelled paint on black background including covered the opening hole of tank with chicked wire mesh with wooden frame, hinges and locking arrangement complete all as directed by Engr-in-Charge.(Map No-02,Kaluchowk -01) Note:T&P, material, labour involved in cleaning shall be arranged by the contractor without any extra cost to the department.

M& L for removing bore well column pipes upto 100 mm dia with submersible flat cable of any type and dismantling and taking up/down SUBMERSIBLE PUMP & Motor ASSEMBLYof capacity 33HP to 40HP , shifting to workshop and removing unserviceable spares, replacing with new spares such impeller, bushes distance bush, seal etc of same specifications / type / model. removing burnt copper winding from motor and rewinding with same guage and type of insulation copper conductor winding wires and insulation sheets , applying insulating varnish over the complete winding , drying up by heating , assembling back and testing for proper function including necessary machining works as required , bringing back and reinstalling into the bore well all as specified and as directed. Note: Column Pipes will be measured and paid for separatly under relevant Item

M&L for servicing of hemisphere fountain including cleaning of fountain nozzles, adjustment of fountain nozzles for a precision effect, cleaning of pump suction wire mesh, testing of water proof luminaries, cleaning of toughened glass and heat resistant polyester/polycarbonate filter, tightening all electrical connections of control panel etc and testing of complete fountain installed at officer mess gate complete all as directed. (i) Any parts required to be replaced during servicing fountain shall be measured and paid for separately under appropriate item as "Supply only" of this schedule. However labour element involved in replacement is deemed to be included in quoted rates against this item. (ii) Any minor repairs involved in servicing to make the fountain functional even if notified by the Engineer-in-Charge shall be carried out by the contractor without any extra cost to the department. (iii) This item will be operated in every three month during the entire period of the contract and shall be measured seprately number of times the job is carried out.

S&F of LED type aviation obstruction light 230 volt yellow painted die-cast aluminium alloy housing, red coloured polycarbonate dome and accessories.complete with internal wiring and connected to earthing and also taking down unserviceable aviation light fittings from overhead reservior complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for servicing / maintenance including repairs but excluding spares as required for following components of complete altoc dosing system installed at (a) pump house no 08 = 01 , (b) pump house no 11 = 01 , (c) pump house no 03 = 01 , (d) Kaluchak pump house = 01 , (e) Map pump house No1 = 01 (f) swimming pool = 01 including following operations: (i) Dismantling of Altoc Dosing system complete part by part in MES yard/ workshop, cleaning of all the stationary and rotary parts,repairing to gear box and display the parts at site for inspection of Engr-in-Charge to ascertain the serviceability / unserviceability of plant and to ascertain the quantam of defects and repairs involved. (ii) Transporting the defective parts to authorised dealer for repairs as decided by the Engnr-in-Charge and carrying out the needful repairs including replacement of defective unserviceable parts. (iii) Assembling the Altoc Dosing System after repair/service and carrying out necessary test in presence of Engnr-in-Charge to establish functionability of the repaired plant upto the entire satisfaction of Engnr-in-Charge.

Note:- (i) Maintenance / servicing of each Altoc Dosing System shall be measured and paid maximum twice in every month. However, in case of unserviceability of the same, the contractor shall be required to carry out the job for its maintenance any number of times as required and directed at site as a case of emergency breakdown. (ii) Any parts required to be replaced during repair / servicing of altoc dosing system shall be measured and paid for separately . (iii) Any minor parts required to make plant serviceable even if notified by the Engr-in-Charge shall be supplied by the firm without any extra cost to the department.

Material and labour for disconnecting and removing the squirrel cage 3 phase 415 Volts, 50 Hz induction motor of following capacity from its foundations/ base frame by disconnecting electrical connections and motor couplers,taking it to workshop for repair and dismantling and opening up of motor ,removing burnt out winding wires complete,cleaning startor and rotor assembly, rewinding the startor with same guage and type with insulation copper conductor winding wires and insulation sheets,applying insulating varnish over the complete winding , drying up by heating ,assembling back the stator and rotor including replacement of terminal blocks and terminal bolts, nuts and washers,refixing back to its postion after getting repaired and making all connections, carry out alignment, testing for satisfactory function all as specified and as directed . Note: (i) Bearings shall be measured and paid separately.

M&L for construction of masonary valve chamber of internal size 600x600x600mm with brick masonary set in cement mortar 1:6 over 100mm thick PCC (1:4:8) type D2 concrete foundation, 50mm thick PCC (1:2:4) type B1 in coping 15mm thick plaster in cm (1:4)m for internal surfaces of walls and externally upto 15cm below ground level, including MS sheet 3.15mm thick hinged cover with locking arrangements including lifting handle fixed to 50x50x6mm angle iron frame embedded in PCC coping including two coats of synthetic enamel paint to steel surfaces over a coat of red oxide primer including necessary excavation and earth work in any type of soil and removal of surplus excavated soil to a distance not exceeding 50mtr including dismantling of old broken valve pit chamber complete all as specified and diretcted.

Supply and fixing cast iron flanged butterfly valve including taking down old unserviceable valve of size 150mm dia complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge

S&F of CI pipes 150 mm dia suitable for and including leather gasket with nut, bolts, washers etc for overhead water tank of 20m staging including taking up or down old unserviceable water mains (including all fittings) of any type including burning out joints, turning water OFF or ON as necessary and taking off and refixing covers, access doors etc. and with and including necessary flanged joints, nuts & bolts, rubber gasket etc complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply,laying,testing & commissioning of UG cable XLPE Insulated, screened, PVC bedded, galvanized steel strip or wire armoured, electric power cables (Heavy duty) 1100 Volts grade with stranded aluminium conductor of size 50 sq mm, 4 core, with suitable thimbles complete including disconnecting and taking out old existing unserviceable cable all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for dry coarse sand as cushioning to under ground cable provided with layer of 8 cms deep before laying the cable and 15 cms deep after laying and stretching the cable, punned to 18 cm thick complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge. Note:- Only punned thickness shall be measured for payment purpose.

M&L for sub class 'B' old size bricks well burnt as covering to under ground cables , laid dry, flat over the cables on sand cushioning with width equal to length of the brick as mechanical protection to cable, complete all as specified and directed.

Excavation in trenches n.exc 1.5 mtr wide and n.exc. 1.5 mtr in depth and getting out in soft/loose soil all as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Returning filling in including spreading levelling and well ramming in n.exc. 25 cum complete all as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Removing the excavated material n.exc. 50m and depositing where directed at & level n.exc. 1.5m above the starting point all as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for repairing of iron stair with welding work of PCC overhead tank approx height 18-20 meter with solid welding and replacement of iron bar as per existing site at pump house No 8 & 11 all as per work done directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for PCC 1:4:8 type D-2 using 40mm graded aggregate, mechanically crushed stone for mass filling in pole pit and foundation etc including provision of necessary form work to achieve fair finished surfaces complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for PCC 1:3:6 type C-2 using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in pole pole foundation, coping, stay pits etc including provision of necessary form work to achive fair finishes surfaces, complete alal as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing in replacement direct-on-line starter in sheet metal enclosure for motor rating 415 Volts, 3 phase, 50 Hz, 9-14 Amps relay maximum range of capacity 7.5 HP complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for pumping out completely existing dirty water from hemisphere fountain pool at Officer Mees gate and cleaning the fountain pool throughly by brushing, removing ugly spot, algaue by using acid or harpic and finally washing with bleaching powder to entire satisfication of Engr-in-Charge. Note:- i) For pumping, water pump shall be arranged by the contractor including necessary electrical connections as required at site. ii)T&P, material, labour, element involved in cleaning shall be carried out by firm without any extra cost to the department. iii)The item will be operated once in every month during the entire period of the contract and shall be measured seprately number of times the job is carried out.

(a) Free chlorine (b) pH (c ) Total Hardness (d) Total Alkalinity (e) Bacterological standards (f)Chemical standards (g) physical standards of Govt testing lab. Notes: 1. Separate water samples should be collected & tested for Each location as specified above 2. No payment shall be made to contractor till submission of water test report for the water samples of loactions mentioned above .

M&L for removing of existing filter media from the pressure filteration plant and cleaning of pressure filter tank by removing of sand,stone,mud,sludge and brocken stainer etc and fixing of new strainer approx 50 nos with change of new fiter media of following size: (a) white quartz pebbles of size 8 mm to 10 mm (b) white quartz sand of size 2 mm to 3 mm (c)fine white quartz sand and testing of filter including applying of existing synthetic enamel paint two coats over a coat of red oxide primer all as specified and as directed.Note-Filter media of different sizes will be supplied and paid separately

M&L for fixing of green colour rubber hose 50 mm and also removing of old unserviceable rubber hose complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for dismantling of copper silver ionisation filter electrodes,fixing new silver ionisation filter electrode, checking of feed water pump,flow meter,control ball valves and also electrical connections complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for removing of sluice valves, repairing, refacing, regrinding, replacement of gland packing and refixing back to its original position including repacking of stuffing box of sluice valve spindle all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and install centrifugal pump controller unit for AC 3phase 415V Centrifugal/monoblock motor 10Hp capacity and Max relay range 9-14A, Model No : MU-G6 DOL Starter, Cat No SS97756 of Make: L&T or equivalent in Havells/siemens with taking down old unserviceable starter of any type all as specified and direted by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and fixing in replacement pressure guage of 0-100 psi, complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and Labour for disconnecting and removing the motor of any make/model / type, from base frame by disconnecting electrical connections and pump couplers, taking it to workshop for repair, rotor assembly, removing burnt out winding wires complete, Rewinding of Motor same guage and type of insulation copper conductor winding wires and insulation sheets , applying insulating varnish over the complete winding, drying up by heating , assembling back the and rotor including replacement of bearing, nuts, bolts, studs, Gasket, packing, locking pin, terminal blocks, and terminal bolts and nuts and misc accessories & hardware required for making motor functional, both end bearings (labour only) with same size/make complete for 3Ph, 415V, 7.5 Hp motors all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for Maintenance/servicing of centrifugal/ monoblock pump set 3.5/5/7.5 HP capacity by means greasing, oiling, replacement of gland of suitable size to stop water leakage from pump set, replacement of coupling, flange and replacement of nuts, bolts etc as directed at site.

Supply only white quartz pebbles of size 8 mm to 10 mm complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.
