PART - I - Main Items
Collection of dry, wet and hazardous waste separately daily from individual flats/ public buildings on diffeent floors of the buildings with or without lifts, loading it in the applicable compartment of the waste transport vehicle or at the place decided by Engineer-in-charge, inclusive of the cost of basket and bags, cost of labour etc. complete all as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. Garbage is to be collected from all the flats/ public buildings in morning hours.
Residential buildings: details in Annex. "A" (Total 4084 flats X 361days)
Non-Residential buildings: details in Annex. "B" (38 locations/buildings x 361 days)
Sweeping & cleaning the passages, corridors, stilted areas, staircases,Lifcars, landings,approach roads including front and rear canopies, landings, top staircase landings, approach roads including footpath way etc. daily and surroundings of buildings, area around the buildings from edge of the building upto & including storm water drain of the buildings including cost of necessary hard/ soft brooms, charges for collection of garbage and other waste materials, laying around the buildings and transporting to the garbage collection rooms etc. including cost of labours, baskets, brooms and tools required for carrying out the work etc. complete all as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. Frequency of cleaning shall be Once in a Day .
Residential bldgs: Details in Annex. "A" (121*361 days)
Non Residential buildings in Annex "B": (8*313)+(9*361)
Mopping only the passages, corridors, staircases, landings etc. with phenyled water including cost of labour, phenyle and other cleaning materials such as tools, moppers with wooden handles, mopping dusters etc. complete all as directed by the Engineer-in-charge (frequency: fortnightly)
A) Residential bldgs: Details of buildings are given in Annex. "A" (121*12*2 moppings)
B) Non Residential buildings : Details of buildings are given in Annex. "B" (8*313)+(5*361)
Removing cob-webs from the staircases, stilted areas, common area, canopies, etc. including cost of labour, tools such as ladders, brooms with stick etc. complete all as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. Once in one month. Payment will depend upon number of occasions, the cob-webs are removed from the buildings. (frequency - once in a month)
Residential bldgs: Details in Annex. "A" (121*12*1 cleaning)
Non Residential buildings Details in Annex 'B': (17 * 12 months)
Cleaning & removing of silt & waste materials from inside of storm water drains, once in every month or as many times as directed by Engineer-in-Charge, with taking special care of the drains in monsoon to keep them in functional condition at all time and disposing off the collected materials to the nearest garbage collection rooms etc. including cutting & removing vegetation upto the road/ storm water drain, cost of tools and plant, complete all as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.
Residential bldgs: Details in Annex. "A" (121*12 month) NOTE: 1) Contractor shall engage one full time supervisor exclusively for the work for 8 hours on each working day to supervise work of sweepers including court designated sweepers and for ensuring proper cosmetic maintenance works. 2) Contractor shall do the needful and obtain the signature of occupatns and department designated staff as acknowledgement of carrying out cosmetic maintenance work satisfactorily. The periodicity of obtaining such signatures is as per below: a) Towards mopping the passages corridors, staircases, landings etc. signature shall be obtained from residents (at least one residents at each floor landing in respect of each staircase) once in a month. b) Towards disposal of entire wet garbage at Rajanigandha garbage wet garbage composting machine. c) Towards removal of cob-webs signature shall be obtained from residents (at least one resident at each floor landing in respect of each staircase) once in a month. 3) Payment in respect of any month will be made after submission of signatures as indicated in Sl.No.2.
Toilet blocks cleaning & mopping the entire toilet blocks with phenyled water, harpic including cleaning the glass windows, doors, wash basins, etc, removal of cobwebs, general cleaning of sorrounding areas placing liquid soap with dispenser, keeping air purifier inside the toilet blocks once in a week, removing stains from the wall, urinal pan, WC & flooring, all including cost of labours, phenyle, harpic and other materials required for cleaning, mopping and washing purpose, etc. complete all as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. (Frequency of cleaning shall be thrice in a Day & 6/7 days in a Week as per Annexure B)
Mechanical transportation of wet and dry garbage, garden waste collected during sweeping & cleaning around the building by pick up van (02 nos) from all the residential & public buildings as given in Annexure A & B with at least three compartments with lids over them for tranportation of the waste to concerned Waste Processing Centre (WPC) for further disposal at composting facilities behind Rajanigandha, Tapti and Brindavan Bio gas plants near Training School Hostel and near BARC Hospital canteen, transporting back left over dry garbage after segregation from Organic waste composting machine/Bio gas plant to garbage bin, Tranporting the manure to various locations, including loading, unloading including cost of vehicle (Mahindra Bolero Pickup van), driver, fuel, labour (04 nos) for loading & unloading, etc all complete as directed by Engineer-In-Charge (02 nos * 361 days) There are 121 residential and 38 public buildings which consist of about 4082 flats and market places. The daily present collection of wet waste is about approx 4 ton/day ( indicative only) and manure generated is about approx. 500 kg/ day.
