Providing Cement concrete surface along the DG foundation for proper access of DG surroundings with 1:2:4 (1-Cement: 2 coure sand: 4 Graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size) (M-20 grade) including excavation, required centaring/ shuttering, finishing the exposed portion etc. as per direction of EIC and manfacturer recomendation.Plaster (to wall, floor, ceiling etc.) with sand and cement mortar including rounding ,neat cement punning about 1.5 mm. thick Size of Foundation: 20 ft X10 ft 8 inchX 1 ft 6 inch (Minimum as per suitabality).

Shed Work for Diesel Generator : Supply, Fabrication and installation of shade of existing DG The shade is fabricate with 65 mm X65 mm X 8 mm Vertical Support (Minimum 8 Nos), 40mm X 40mm X 5mm hallow Squre bar, 25mm X 25mm X 5mm hallow square bar of MS Structural steel work riveted, bolted or welded in built up sections, trusses and framed work, including cutting,hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved red oxide primer and synthetic enamel paint all complete.

Providing corrugated sheet gable type roofing including vertical/ curved surface fixed with polymer coated J or L hooks, bolts and nuts 8 mm diameter with bitumen and G.I. limpet washers or with G.I. limpet washers filled with white lead and including a coat of approved red oxide primer and two coats of approved paint on overlapping of sheets complete upto any pitch in horizontal/ vertical or curved surfaces) excluding the cost of purlins, rafters and trusses and including cutting to size and shape wherever required .8 ft Long X 3.5 ft wide G.I. Corrougated sheet (minimum 0.45 mm thick)

S&F MS iron structure made of (80x80x6)mm / (40x40x6)/( 25X25X5)mm MS angle / Flat 40x5 mm and 25X5 for Fencing work( Main ,Horizonal ,Vertical & Diagonal supports) should be adequate nos of Vertical Support support (Gap between 2 Nos support is not more than 4 foot) as per site requirement . Fencing Mesh D type Fence Wire mesh , Diameter of wire mesh :4 mm( minimum) of wire netting 2.25”x2.25’ mesh Ideal for Fencing, MS D mesh and Ms structure Incl painting as per GS including necessary cutting ,welding etc.This Wire mesh fenching should have minimum 4 Nos door for maintenece purpose for DG system .Lenght : 90 foot and Height : 7 foot ( from GL) of the fencing is (Minimum) or as per site site requirement.

Supply and Delivery of PadLocks ,Make : Godrej Model:Navtal Ultra XL with 4 Dimple Keys , Corrosion Resistant Shackle, Brass Material & Brass Finish.

Scrubing of rusted place of joist (base frame of existing diesel generator ), preparing the surface by removing dust including smoothening surfaces by sandpapering etc and applying a priming coat of approved red oxide primer and synthetic enamel paint(Approved By EIC) all complete. Dimension of base frame: Height : 9.5 foot & lenght: 18 foot

Removing the existing hinged of door for DG ,supply and fixing the new hinged as required.

TERMS & CONDITIONS :- The Agency must procure the materials from the Manufacturer / OEM or from their authorised sales channel so that the standard warranty / support of the Manufacturer / OEM becomes applicable to the products to be delivered and installed by them. Documents that authenticates such procurement from the Manufacturer / OEM or from their authorized sales channel and standard warranty / support should be sent from the e-mail of the Manufacturer / OEM / authorized sales channel to the e-mail of Engineer-in-Charge and hard copy of it to be submitted during execution, of work/ submission of bill. If any refurbished material is supplied and installed, penal action will be taken as per existing rules

Defect Liabibility Period 1 (One) year
