Providing and laying cement concrete 1:2:4 (1cement :2sand :4 graded stone aggrigate 20mm nominal size) & curing complete excluding cost of centring and shuttering including carriage of materials in all leads and liftss in foundations and plinth.

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering - All work up to plinth level: 1:5:10 (1 Cement 5 coarse sand 10 graded stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size)

Providing Tor steel reinforcement for Reinforced Cement Concrete work including bending, binding,cutting and placing in position complete including cost of binding wires completed and other incidentals due for its completion for all floors, within all leads and lifts of materials and other incidentals. Above plinth level upto all floor level including carriage of materials within all leads and lifts.erials within all loads and lifts as per direction of Engineer-in-charge

Steel work welded in built up sections/ framed work, including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer using structural steel etc. as required.In gratings, frames, guard bar, ladder, railings, brackets, gates and similar works complete including carriage of materials within all leads and lifts.

Demolishing cement concrete manually/ by mechanical means including disposal of material within 50 metres lead as per direction of Engineer - in - charge Nominal concrete 1:3:6 or leaner mix (i/c equivalent design mix).
