Painting all internal faces of walls / plastered surfaces with Two coat of Interior Emulsion paint of make Asian (Tractor) / Berger (Bison) or other approved equivalent make of approved shade over a coat of interior wall primer of make Asian (Professional) / Berger (BP Primer) or other approved equivalent make including preparation of surfaces by scrapping the existing white wash / colour wash using scrapping machine with dust free vacuum collection system, cleaning the existing colour wash area, roughening the surface, washing the area thoroughly with lime and soda mix or other approved chemical using high pressure washer, preparing the surface dust free for applying the primer coat, applying approved make wall care putty to make surface smooth without porous by using putty knife and sand papers, the dust accumulated during scrapping shall be collected in appropriate dust bin collector / equipment and disposed with in an initial lead, etc., all complete as per specification and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. (Note: The sample shall be got approved by the EIC before making bulk order.)

Painting all types of metal surface with Two coats of PU finish paint of make MRF (Metal coat) or other approved make over one coat of epoxy zinc phosphate primer of make MRF (Metal coat) or other approved make and using thinner 1110 Ep for epoxy primer and thinner for finish for metal coat paint including scrapping the existing painting, preparation of surfaces, applying primer coat, applying metal paste wherever required, making surface smooth by sanding, applying two coats of PU finish paint, scaffolding etc., all complete at all lifts as per manufacturer instructions and specifications and as directed by Engineer-In-Charge.

Pressed steel door frames
Painting doors, windows and grills with one coat of Synthetic Enamel paint of approved make and colour at all lifts including cost of all materials, scaffolding, labour, preparing the surfaces for receiving the paint by scraping, rubbing applying wood filler etc., as per specification.
Painting with Two coats of synthetic enamel paint (postal red colour/black colour) of approved make over a coat of primer complete as required for fire fighting systems which include M.S pipeline of various diameter, checker plate, first aid hose reel drum, hose box cabinet, supports of pipe line etc., at all lifts including cost of all materials, scaffolding, labour, preparing the surfaces for receiving the paint by scraping, rubbing applying filler etc., all complete as per specification and as directed by Engineer - in - Charge.
Plastering with Cement Mortar 1:5; 12mm thick for brickwork for internal faces, finished smooth with including scaffolding, curing and forming grooves wherever necessary and including chipping the damaged plastering, applying bonding agents, disposing the dismantled debris, etc all complete as per specifications and as directed by Engineer. [Note: 6mm premium glass fibre of make Dugar & Co or Recron shall be mixed with Cement @ 60 gms of glass fibre per 50kgs of cement]
Plastering the exposed surfaces of concrete with CM 1:3; 6mm thick to make the surface uniform, free from undulations and imperfections including chipping the damaged plastering, hacking pock marking of surfaces with pointed tool, scaffolding, curing at all lifts and including chipping the plastering, applying bonding agents, disposing the dismantled debris, etc all complete as per specifications and as directed by Engineer. [Note: 6mm premium glass fibre of make Dugar & Co or Recron shall be mixed with Cement @ 60 gms of glass fibre per 50kgs of cement]
Repairs to the wall and ceiling cracks by chipping and removing the damaged portion upto 20 to 30mm deep, 100 to 200mm wide and plastering with CM 1:3 including making grooves over cracks, grouting with cement slurry or approved crack filling compound, providing Glass fibre mesh, applying necessary approved quality bonding chemicals, finishing the surface, curing, white washing two coats, disposing the debris within 2Kms lead etc., all complete as per specification and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.
Repairing and rectifying the minor repair works like wall cracks, floor cracks, spalling of mortar on sides of doors, windows, wall and door joints, including the cost of materials, T&P using CM 1:3 etc., all complete as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.
Supplying and fixing in position of Alkali resistance Glass fibre mesh (4-5mm square aperture with 145 gsm) over the joints of RCC and Brick work with cement paste before plastering as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
Providing and fixing double scaffolding system (cup lock type) on the exterior side at all height made using 40mm diameter M.S. tube spaced @ 1.5m center to center at both horizontal and vertical joining with cup and lock system with M.S.tube, M.S.tube challies, M.S clamps and M.S staircase system in the scaffolding for working platform etc., including maintaining it in a serviceable condition for the required duration as approved, removing after completion of repair works, the scaffolding system shall be stiffened with bracings, runners connection with the building, etc., wherever required for essential safety features for the workmen, etc., all complete as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note: 1) The elevational area of the scaffolding shall be measured for payment purpose. The payment will be made once irrespective of duration of scaffolding. 2) The buildings are of Ground+ 15 storeyed structure and the contractor has to observe all safety procedure while working on heights as per I.S. 3696 (Part-I) - 1987. (Safety Code for scaffolds). 3) All working platform must be of minimum 600 mm wide, made of M.S pipe and must have guard rails as per specification. 4) Screen of suitable material shall be provided to the full height of scaffolding and securely tied to protect falling objects coming out during the repair work is in progress. 5) To protect workers on lower platform against falling objects from higher level over head protection should be provided on the scaffolds. 6) Necessary aluminium/ M.S. ladder shall be provided at the cost of the contractor, to the full height of scaffolding at required location around the building to enable Departmental Supervisor/Engineer climb up and closely watch the repair work of the building.
Replacing the existing damaged kota stone flooring by providing and fixing 25 to 30mm thick one side polished Kota slabs over a bed of 20mm thick bed mortar in CM 1:3 with sealing the joints of corners with suitable metal paste including dismantling the damaged flooring, removing the base mortar, preparation of surface with bed mortar, laying the kota stone to required size, slope and alignment, cleaning and wax polishing to match existing surface, disposing the dismantled debris at suitable places shown at site within 2Km lead, etc., all complete as per specification and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
Providing and fixing beading at the ends of staircase edges to arrest water flow by cutting the Kota stone 50mm wide, rounding the exposed edges, polishing and fixing to the staircase edges with approved make tile on tile adhesive including finishing the surfaces etc., all complete as per specification and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
Replacing the damaged marble skirting by providing 12 - 14mm thick Udaipur green marble stone of 100mm wide table rubbed and polished including dismantling the damaged skirting, removing base mortar, preparation of surface, rounding the edges, fixing the skirting using approved tile adhesive, finishing to match other existing surface etc., all complete as per specification and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
Providing and fixing Granite work of any colour and shade using gang saw cut mirror polished, (pre moulded and prepolished slab), machine cut of thickness 16-18mm for cladding / wall lining (veneer work) over 12mm thick Cement mortar 1 : 3 (1 Cement : 3 Coarse sand) including pointing with White cement mortar 1 : 2 (1 White cement : 2 Marble dust) with an admixture of pigment to match the granite/marble shade, fixing to be secured to the backing by means of suitable approved cramps, finishing the surface, curing, etc., all complete as per specification and as directed by Engineer-In-Charge. (Note: The Granite stones shall be got approved by the Engineer before making bulk order.)

Providing and fixing beading between main door and grill door by cutting the Granite stone width of upto 75mm gang saw cut mirror polished (pre moulded and prepolished slab) with approved shade and colour, rounding the exposed edges, polishing and fixing to the main door jams with approved make tile on tile adhesive including finishing the surfaces with epoxy touch up etc., all complete as per specification and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
Supplying, fabricating and fixing Steel Grills of required pattern and size for Windows/Ventilators, Staircase Hand Rails, etc., fixed to openings/wooden frames at site, comprising of MS square bars / MS rounds / MS flats, etc., including fixing with necessary wood screws for fixing grills / by welding in steel windows, painting with two coats of anti corrosive paint of approved colour and make over a coat of red oxide zinc chromate primer/ zinc phosphate primer, etc., all completed as per specification. [Note: The rate shall be inclusive of lifting arrangements if any required to hoist and concrete embedment's for fixing the steel works.]
Replacing the existing damaged Fly proof Stainless Steel (Grade 304) wire gauze of 0.4mm dia wire and 1.4mm aperture on both sides of approved quality and make over Partly panelled Door / Grill door including fixing with second class Teak wood beading or Aluminium frame work, steel grill door cost of screws, nails, rawl plug, etc., all complete as per specification. [Note: Cost of frame work i.e., Steel (or) Teak wood (or) Aluminium, will be paid for separately under relevant item]
Attending minor repair works of aluminium doors, uPVC windows by removing making all modification/repairs and refixing in its original position including servicing and replacing gaskets, cleats, pins wherever necessary etc., all as directed. (Note: The Rate quoted shall be for each door/window) Note: 1) The rate quoted shall be for each door/window/ventilator. 2) Furniture fittings if required will be supplied by the department at free of cost will be paid for separately under relevant item.

Upvc Windows
Filling the gap in between Door/ window frame & adjacent RCC/ Brick/ Stone work using weather silicon sealant of approved quality including cleaning the surface by removing dust/ loose particles, cut the nozzle/ tip of the cartridge according to gap size, apply the sealant using sealant gun, finish the surface using knife or suitable tool, etc., all complete as per manufacturer specification and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.
Providing and fixing 40mm dia CPVC spout pipes in balcony/corridors by making 50mm dia holes in brick masonry/RCC beams / lintels using RCC core cutting machine without causing any damage to the structures including drilling the hole, cleaning the hole, cutting CPVC pipes of length upto 500mm length, fixing the pipe using adhesive, finishing the gap using water proofing grouting, scaffolding / staging at all levels etc,. all complete as per specification and as directed by Engineer In Charge.
Repolishing the Granite stone wall cladding/lining/flooring at all lifts by using approved make stain removing acid without making any damage to the granite stone including cleaning the dust/paint splash, washing thoroughly the surface, rubbing and polishing in three levels to obtain high gloss mirror finish, waxing to give smooth finish, etc., all complete as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
Repolishing the Kota stone flooring and skirting with medium and fine polishing using 120 to 150 and 320 to 400 grit corborundam stones with the use of floor polishing machine/Hand polishing including washing thoroughly with soap powder and wax polishing etc., as per specification and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.
Labour Charges for cleaning the internal area of common balconies, fire shafts, Energy meter rooms, panel rooms by brooming down cobwebs removing the dust, waste materials including cleaning, sweeping and washing the entire floor area using cleaning powder and soap oil, cleaning the doors, windows, aluminium grills etc., collecting the waste materials, conveying by suitable means, disposing/depositing at places shown by the Engineer- in Charge. Note:- Cleaning shall be carried out with out causing any damage to existing fittings/fixtures.
Labour Charges for cleaning the steel grill doors in all houses by brooming down cobwebs, removing the dust using manual/ mechanical method, including cleaning the fly proof mesh using smooth wire brush without damaging the mesh, disposing the waste materials etc., all complete as directed by the Engineer - in - Charge.
