SPL REPAIR TO E/M PLANT AND MACHINERY AT MIL STN SGNR

Taking up old unserviceable DG set by dismantling it from the Foundation, taking out electrical connection,earthing, Fuel connection from fuel tank, exhaust pipe and deposited to MES Yard complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down old unservieable LT cable of any size and capacity complete all as specified and directed.

Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of "Silent type" (accoustic enclosure type as per NBC 2016), as per CPCB- IV+ compliant or latest CPCB norm, Diesel engines shall be as per MOEF (MINISTRY OF ENVIRONMENT, FOREST AND CLIMATE CHANGE) notification dtd. 3rd November 2022.Diesel Engine driven Generating set of capacity 82.5 KVA, 415 Volts 3 phase 4 wire 0.8 power factor and 1500 RPM at NTP electrical start, directly coupled and mounted on common base frame with coupling of suitable size to water cooled turbo charged diesel engine of suitable BHP as per IS: BS5514 / ISO 3046 and alternator as per IS-13364, IS/IEC:60034-1 complete with foundation, AVM pads, control panel, fuel tank of suitable capacity with fuel lines of heavy duty MS pipe duly painted with two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer and suitable batteries of capacity as recommended by manufacturer fixed on angle iron frame with necessary meters and sound proof canopy and separate battery charging system of suitable capacity with all standard accessories, tool box and tools as provided by the manufacturer complete all as specified and directed.

(A) Prime Mover: Vertical diesel engine of suitable capacity water cooled,Radiator mounted close circuit as per BS 649 , IS 10002 , ISO- 8528 or equivalent direct injection type turbo charged. The DG set shall be capable of running 24 hours on full load. Engine shall be equipped with all standard fittings as permanufacturer's recommendation and mounted on common base frame with following:- (a) RPM cum Hour meter (b) Battery charging alternator with inbuilt regulator (c) Ignition and starting keys with push button switch (d) Lubricating oil pressure gauge, oil and water temperature gauges (e) Batteries as recommended by manufacturer with battery leads of suitable size of copper cable (f) Self starter motor of suitable capacity (g) PCC Foundation for Generating set as per recommendation of manufacturer (h) Exhaust pipe duly insulated with asbestos rope for thermal insulation (j) Exhaust silencer industrial type to maintain noise level (k) Over speed indication (l) Low lubrication, oil trip indication (m) Engine Hours indication (n) Digital Amp meter and Voltmeter

(h) Instrument fuses and control wiring – 01 set (j) Auto / Manual test switch – 01 No (k) Under Voltage relay – 01 No (l) Digital electronic multification metre (Timer) – 01 No (m) Over load relay (n) By pass arrangement with rotary by pass switch AC 4 pole suitable Amp rating to isolate AMF Panel. (o) Four pole power contactor of suitable capacity for 82.5 KVA DG Set. (p) Automatic Battery Charger - 01 No, SMPS based inbuilt, auto/ manual and float/ boost facility. (q) Microprocessor based power command control for DG set monitoring, metering and control having protection of over current short circuit, high / low voltage, under/ over frequency, reverse power, excitation protection, field failure relay, differential relay all as specified.

(D) Fuel Tank:- Fuel tank of suitable capacity as per manufacturer's instructions suitable to store for 12 hours running of DG set mounted inside accoustic enclosure and including all fuel connection lines with heavy duty MS pipe from fuel tank to DG set as per manufacturer designs. (E) Base frame and Installation:- Both the engine and alternator shall be mounted on suitable base frame made of MS channel with necessary reinforcement, which shall be installed on suitable cement concrete foundation and vibration isolation arrangement as per recommendation of manufacturer. (F) Exhaust system:- Dry exhaust manifold with hospital exhausts silencer and exhaust gases treatment system as per CPCB IV+ compliant or latest norms. (G) Starting System:- As recommended by Manufacturer DC starting comprising of starter motors. (H) Voltage regulator and arrangement for initial excitation complete with suitable Nos of batteries as required as per specification. (I) Acoustic and weather proof enclosure with arrangement for fresh air intake for cooling of the engine and alternator, discharging hot air in to the atmosphere as per specifications.

Note:- Contractor shall submit test report of engine and alternator as per Indian Standard IS 10000, IS 10001 and IS 4889: 1968. However if engine and alternator are tested more stringently (compared to IS 10000, IS 10000-1 1980, IS 13364 and IS 4889: 1968), then the parameters where the greater stringency has been applied should be declared by the manufacturer in the test report.Contractor shall submit CPCB compliance report/ certificate for complete DG set.

Earthing complete with galvanised iron earth plate electrode of size 600mm x 600mm x 6mm buried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25 mtr deep below ground level ) with top edge of the plate not less than 1.5 metre below normal ground level, connected to and including GI strip 32X6 mm (upto the body of equipment) by means of GI bolts/nuts/washers, protected by 40 mm bore GI light grade pipe. Earth plate shall be surrounded by alternate layer of charcoal or coke and common salt 15 cm thick all around bottom and top. 20 mm bore GI medium grade pipe for watering and including funnel, wire mesh, RCC cover in 1:2:4 type B1using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate and reinfircement (TMT) with 8mm dia @ 100 c/c bothways & frame, PCC (1:3:6) type C2 (using 20 mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in earthing pit including necessary excavation & earth work, complete all as specified & shown in electrical plate No. 3 of MES schedule Part-I. Note:(i) The unit rate includes earthing lead & protection pipe upto 7.5 metre from top of earth plate. (ii) PCC chamber shall be construced at least 1.50 m away from the earth electrode and pipe for watering shall be provided in slanting manner.

Supply, laying and testing cable XLPE Insulated ,screened, PVC bedded, galvanized steel strip or wire armoured, electric power cables (heavy duty) 1100 Volts grade with stranded aluminium conductor of size 70 sq mm 3½ core complete all as specified and directed.

Excavation in trenches not exceeding 1.5 mtr wide and not ecxceeding 1.5 mtr depth for laying of cables including taking up or down the LT cable complete all as specified and directed.

Returning filling in including spreading levelling watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25cm complete all as specified and directed.

Removal of Excavated material n exceeding 50 mtr and depositing where complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and laying DWC pipe of size 90 mm (OD) bore and 76 (ID) bore, ISI marked,laid in trenches, under road, insert under holes for cable protection complete all as specified and directed. (Note:- Excavation and earthwork as required shall be measured and paid separately under respective item of Sch.)

Supply,installation, testing and commissioning of heavy duty vaccum type wall mounted Chlorinator including booster pump of capacity 1 Kg/hr with comlete accessories such as Vaccum regulator, flow meter(Rotameter), flow control valves , gas filter , copper tubes, ATC adopter , injector and check valve complete all as specified and directed. (Note :- The cost of connection to existing water pipeline to chlorinator is deemed included in this item nothing shall be paid extra in this account.)

Supply only robust and durable Industrial grade Chlorine gas cylinder of storage capacity 100 Kgs including filled with Chlorine gas 100 Kg in each cylinder with minium 90% purity confiming to IS , conforming / fabricated as per IS: 3196-4 (2001), reaffirmed 2012 (superseding IS: 7680, IS:7681, and IS: 7682). & ISI marked, body material made out of iron , corrosion resistant , used for storage & transporation of disinfectants & biocides (Chlorine gas), outside body yellow painted , alongwith protective Caps, valves, pressure relief device complete all as specified and directed. (Note :- Test certificate of chlorine gas cylinder from manufacturer shall be mandatory before making payment to the contractor.

Supply only self contained air breathing apparatus apparatus is equipped with a cylinder containing compressed oxygen or air for duration of 30 mins ,which can be strapped on to the body of the user or with a canister which produces oxygen chemically when the reaction is triggered complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only Emergency kit to stop chlorine gas leakage holding essential tools as per IS 4263 : 1967,AMENDMENT NO. 1 May 2002 , AMENDMENT NO. 2 OCTOBER 2010, with user manual of each parts, for 100 Kg chlorine cylinder complete all as specified and directed. (Note : The list of items in emergency kit are as per Sl No 25 fo Sch 'A' Notes on Sl page No. 25)

Supply, installation & testing of wall mounted industrial type chlorine gas Leakage detectors with high accuracy sensor, fast response and high sensitivity with response time 10 sec ,alongwith siren. Operating input voltage 220-250 Volts, sensor :- electrochemical type minimum two nos, digital display , Sirens/hooter Electronic type with sound level 65 DB to 120 DB measured at 1.5 Mtr with sound output variation of + 5 DB 500 mtrs range complete all as specified and directed.

Supply, installation & testing Floor-Mounted Eyewash Station complete made out of 304 Stainless steel garde material with body shower with 10" stainless steel shower and eye wash bowl,foot-operated, delivers 9–11 L/min for eye wash and 70–75 L/min for shower, diameter of shower head and diameter of eye wash bowl- 12", inlcuding inlet & outlet water connection with 40 mm bore GI pipe upto 10 RM complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only Personal protective equipments (PPE) kit for protection from chlorine made out of either butyl rubber or Neopreneor teflon or equivalent material having resistance to breakthrough longer than 8 hours including hand glove made out of thickness not less than 0.8 mm, complete full face mask (SAR) chemical cartridge raspirator with portable filter cartridges to protect against chlorine gas upto 10 ppm complete all as specified and directed.

Excavating over areas, n exc 1.5m deep and getting out in soft / loose soil complete all as specified and directed.

M&L 100 thick PCC 1:3:6 type C-2 using 20mm graded aggregate Cement concrete in foundations, filling and mass concrete complete all as specified and directed.

M&L brick work with sub class 'B' Bricks, straight or curved on plan exceeding 6 mtr mean radius built in CM 1:5 complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Acid resistant tiles 15mm thick vitreous ceramic, unglazed, set, jointed and pointed in chemical resistant mortar, resin type, in floors or walls set and jointed in cement slurry over & including 10mm thick rendering in cement mortar (1:4) and pointed in white ceemnt and with pigment to match the colour of tiles complete all as specified and directed.

Surface excavation in n.exc. 30 cm deep and averaging 15cm deep and getting out in soft/loose soil complete all specified and directed.

Removing excavated material (Soil) outside MOD land complete all specified and directed.

M&L for hardcore of gauge n. exc 63mm deposited, spread and levelled in layers n exc. 15 cm thick, watered and rammed to a true surface of broken stone or boulders complete all as specified and directed.

M&L PCC as foundation filling and mass concrete type D-2 1:4:8 (40mm graded stone aggregate) complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for sand filling under floors or in foundations including watering and consolidation complete all as specified and directed.

M&L Machine pressed precast rubber moulded concrete coloured interlocking paver block any shape and size confirming to IS 15468-2006 of 60 mm thickness with grey cement and pigment M-35 Grade 20mm graded stone aggregate) complete all as specified and directed.

Making benching with PCC (1:2:4) type B0 using WPC along side wall adjoining to roof or similar area in concave snape complete all as specified and directed.
