Demolition of reinforced concrete of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for including reinforcement cut as required to facilliate demolition complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of cement concrete in ground floors and paving not exceeding 15 cm thickness (below or above ground level) complete all as directed.

Dismantling posts or struts(wood ,steel or RCC) of any section including taking out embedded portion and making good disturbed ground with and including clear vegatation on fencing and in floor area to facilatate demolition of any size and section complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling wrought iron or mild steel work of any description not otherwiese provided for including gates all as sepcfied and directed

Dismantling of barbed wire of any description and in any positionwith and including clear vegatation on fencing and in floor area to facilatate demolition of any size and section complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling of chainlink fencing of any description and in any position with and including clear vegatation on fencing and in floor area to facilatate demolition of any size and section complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down cement plaster from brick or concrete surfaces of any description including racking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc complete all as directed.

Materials and Labour for, broken stone or boulder hardcore of gauge not exceeding 63 mm, deposited, spread and levelled in layers not exceeding 15 cm thick, watered and rammed to a true surface , complete all as specified and directed.

Excavation in post holes (or similar holes) in soft/loose soil each n.exc 0.50 cum, getting out, returning, filling in and ramming earth or broken rubble mixed with earth around, in layers not exceeding 25 cm, watering, and removing surplus soil to a distance n.exc 50 m and making good surface all as specified & as directed.

Excavating in trenches, n exc 1.5 m wide and n exc 1.5 m in depth; for foundation, etc. or for shafts, wells, cesspits, manholes, pier holes, etc. n exc 10 sq m on plan and n exc 1.5 m in depth and getting out in hard/dense soil or any type of soil ,complete all as specified and directed.

Returning filling in any type of soil, including, spreading levelling watering and well ramming in layers not exc. 25 cm complete all as specified and directed.

Removing excavated soils to a distance not exceeding 50 Metres and depositing where directed at a level n. exc. 1.5 M above the starting point complete all asspecified and directed.

Materials and Labour for plain cement concrete (1:3:6) Type C-2 using 40 mm graded aggregate in foundations, filling and mass concrete complete all as specified and directed.

M & L cement concrete type C2 1:3:6 (40 mm graded stone Aggregate) as in embedding of precast post as directed including necessary from work complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for RCC (nominal mix) M-20 (using 20mm graded stone aggregate) in foundations, including rafts, footings, foundation beams; plinth beams, bases for columns, etc. basement slabs, under reamed piles and mass concrete footings etc. complete all as specified & as directed

M&L for RCC (nominal mix) M-20 (using 20mm graded stone aggregate) in columns, pillars, piers, posts and struts column etc. complete all as specified & as directed

Materials and Labour for for 75 mm thick plain cement concrete (1:2:4) type B1 using 20 mm graded aggregate as in sub base floor/paving/hardstanding/plinth protection , complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for chequered cement concrete tiles chemically treated , cast in rubber mould, glossy finish of approved colour, general purpose, double layer, size 25 cm X 25 cm X 22 mm thick, with mixture of white and grey cement in equal proportions and pigments, set, jointed and pointed in neat cement slurry in floor including laying over 20 mm thick bedding of cement mortar(1:4) all as specified and as directed. Note: Independent test report , MTC and purchase voucher shall be sumbmitted before commencement of work and same shall be submitted along with his claim of payment

Materials and Labour for plain cement concrete (1:2:4) type B0 using 12.5 mm graded aggregate in lintels up to 1.5m clear span, cills, steps; seismic and other similar bands, plinth courses, string courses, lacing courses, parapets and railings up to 60 cm in height, copings, kneelers, apex stones, bed plates, kerbs, water troughs and the like including weathering, slightly rounded or chamfered angles throating, as directed including necessary from work complete all as specified and directed.

Use and waste of formwork to sides of concrete foundations, footings, bases of columns, raft and raft beams, sides and soffits (if any) of foundation and plinth beams; and similar work; vertical or to batter, rough concrete surface, flat complete all as specified and directed.

Use & waste of formwork to sides of pillars, posts, struts, piers, columns and stanchions, rough finished faces of concrete square or rectangular complete all as specified & as directed.

Materials and Labour for brick work with Sub Class ‘B’ bricks straight or curved on plan exceeding 6M mean radius built in cement mortar (1:4), complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for brick work with fly ash brick class 'B' bricks, straight or curved on plan to any radius in half brick thick walls built in cement mortar 1:4 complete all as specified and as directed.

Materials and Labour for brick work with Sub Class ‘B’ bricks straight or curved on plan exceeding 6M mean radius built in cement mortar (1:6), complete all as specified and directed.

S&F 10mm round bars Fe-410-W (Gde-250) quality-A or Fe-290-(Gde-E-165) as in stiffner to hold the chain link fencing fixed with angle iron post inclucinding necessary welding and fixing arrangement at ends complete all as specified and directed . Note: Independent test report and purchase voucher shall be sumbmitted before commencement of work

M&L for Mild steel TMT bars 10mm dia and over, cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips complete all as specified & as directed.Note: Independent test report and purchase voucher shall be sumbmitted before commencement of work

S & F hot rolled low tensile structural steel of grade E165 as per IS 15911: 2010 as in hand rails, half round or other steel section or core for wooden hand-rail straight portion, drilled and countersunk for balusters running bars, for doors, balusters, nosing to steps including embedding in concrete and screwing etc. Wind ties for roof including securing bolts; posts and struts in fencing including cutting tops to shape as directed, drilling holes, notching for wire, etc.; flat iron fillets (for securing wire mesh etc.) including all necessary drilling, bolting or riveting, etc., and similar works complete all as specified and as directed.Note: Independent test report , MTC and purchase voucher shall be sumbmitted before commencement of work and same shall be submitted along with his claim of payment

S&F Roof trusses (framed) trussed, purline crane gantries ,rails and fastenings and heavy brackeet framing (Beam,tee,angle, channel or flat sections) including distance pieces, cleats etc Fe-410-W (Gde-E-250)quality-A complete all as specified and as directed.Note: Independent test report , MTC and purchase voucher shall be sumbmitted before commencement of work and same shall be submitted along with his claim of payment

Supply only mild steel screw bolt (machine made) with hexagonal or square heads at one end and screwed at other fitted with washer and nut 5 to 10mm dia and 50mm long complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing galvanized steel chain link fence fabric of mesh size as approved , made out of 4 mm nominal dia of mesh wire conforming to IS 2712-2003 and having zinc coating of type heavy as laid down in IS-4826 including line wires/ binding complete all as specified and as directed(A Board of Officers under the orders of GE shall be convened to ascertain the weight per square metre of galvanized steel wire chain link fencing brought at site by the contractor against each lot of materials). Make Tata or equivalent make as approved by GE Note: Independent test report , MTC and purchase voucher shall be sumbmitted before commencement of work and same shall be submitted along with his claim of payment

S & F for steel work of grade-3 as per IS 10748 in tubular trusses including special shaped washer etc. complete using ERW or HRIW welded tubes conforming to IS 1161: 2014 (Yst 240 Grade) complete all as specified and directed.Note: Independent test report , MTC and purchase voucher shall be sumbmitted before commencement of work and same shall be submitted along with his claim of payment

M&L 20 mm thick Granite (of any type) work (table rubbed and polished) as in steps, jambs, pillars, window- cills,cooking platforms, working table and like over and including 20 mm thick screed bed or bedding layer in cement mortar (1:4), including pointing in white cement (1:2) using marble dust with admixture of pigment to match with shade of granite complete all as specified and directed.

Materials and Labour for rendering 5mm thick, cement plaster, in cement mortar (1:4) mixed with water proofing compound as per manufactures instructions over and including 10mm thick backing coat in cement mortar (1:4) on fair faces of brick work or concrete surface finished even and smooth using extra cement in walls etc, complete all as specified and directed. Note: - 1.(Water proofing compound will be measured and paid separately) 2. second layer shall be applied after complete dried of Ist layer after written approval from GE and copy of approval shall be submitted along with his claim

Supply only Liquid water proofing compound conforming to IS: 2645 - 1975 specification complete all as specified and as directed (Make : CICO No- 1/SIKA/ACCO PROOF).

Materials and Labour for rendering 15 mm thick, cement plaster, in cement mortar (1:6) on other than fair face surface of brickwork in walls and finishing surface even and smooth without using extra cement, complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for preparation of new plastered surfaces of wall and applying 1.5 mm thick wall care putty and rubbing with sand paper to achieve a level and smooth to wall and applying two coats of acrylic distemper over a coat of primer on walls complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and Labour for complete removal of existing treatment by means mechnical process / Machine as directed by manfucaturer through authorised applicator of manufacturer,s and applying two coat of100 % Acrylic Exterior Emulsion paint in camouflage pattern (Three colours) (Berger,Weather coat Advanced XP Brand/Asain Paints :Apex ultima Brand /ICI:Dulux Weather shield Max Brand/J&N:Safeguard Optima Brand painting over and including a coat of primer to old plastered or unplastered surfaces on walls including preparation of surfaces, at any height including all necessary scaffolding and safety measures complete all as specified and directed. Note:. Second layer shall be applied after complete dried of Ist layer after written approval from GE and copy of approval shall be submitted along with his claim and each step shall be approved by Engineer-incharge

Material and Labour for applying two coats of cement-based paint, white or tinted to new plastered surfaces on walls including priming with alkali resistant priming paint and including preparation of surfaces complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of old painted surfaces of Steel surface of any description, not otherwise described over 10 cm width or girth and applying one coat of synthetic enamel painting complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and Labour for applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide zinc chrome primer on new steel and iron surface exceeding 10 cm in width or girth including preparation of surfaces complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing of aluminium sliding window with powder coating (minimum thickness of powder coating 50 micron) including following components / specifications complete all as specified and as directed. (i) Two leaf glazed sliding shutter and one leaf gauged (fly proofing) sliding shutter. (ii) Opening of windows exceeding 1.50 Sqm but not exceeding 2.40 Sqm (iii) Thickness and weight per metre length of aluminium frame and section of shutter all as shown on drawing. (iv) All vertical/ horizontal joints shall be of extruded aluminium section so as to avoid any play between jointed members. (v) All other accessories such as jointing cleats, glazing clips, rubber neoprene packing, anodised aluminium snap beading, screws, etc (vi).Glazing with sheet glass 5 mm thick ordinary quality in panels of aluminium windows, , etc. fixed with glazing clips, rubber beading and EDPM gasket (vii) aluminium anodised grill of design "DG - 104" pattern made out of 7.5 mm plate and finished grill have 7.5 mm width and 6 mm thick complete all as per manufacturer instruction. Make : Decogrille or equivalent model of makes as approved by the GE. (viii)Stainless steel wire cloth, 0.36 mm nominal dia of wire and avergae width of aperture 1.40 mm and fixed with stainless steel wire staples (ix) Rest all as specified in drawing no CEZ/2015/TD/007 Sheet no 1R/5, 2R/5, 3R/5, 4R/5 & 5R/5.Note :- 1. Sheet glass, aluminium grill and stainless steel wire mesh and all other items as shown on drawing shall be included in quoated rate. 2. S & F powder coated aluminium sections for doors, windows, ventilators, door partition including fabrication of frame shutters and fixing with necessary lugs, cleats, rollers, handles, locking arrangement etc. including all accessories such as glazings clips, and rubber beadings for fixing glass panes in frame complete all as specified. Note : (i) Glass panes & handle will be measured & paid separately . (ii)The quoted rate shall be inclusive of cost of rubber beading however it will be not be weighed and not paid separately. (iii) All other minor details including cost of locking arrangement shall be included in the quoted rate. M&L 4mm thick ACP board (Aluminium composite panel), exterior grade, (approved colour) fixed with aluminium tapperd clip to aluminium frame work all complete all as specified and as directed

S & F double action concealed type floor springs (hydraulically regulated) made up of minimum 1.25 mm thick aluminium alloy sheet foundation box, main body with stainless steel top cover, governing pivot made of brass, other parts made of mild steel heavy duty complete all as specified and as directed.

S & F exposed type hydraulically regulated door closers, universal closer, bottle type (type A), Designation No. 3, suitable for 61 kg to 80 kg mass of doors & 851 mm to 1000 mm width of door, aluminium alloy non porous body and black plate, aluminium alloy piston or pack piston/ pillion, anodized finish not be less than Grade AC 15 of IS 1868 : 1996 with transparent anodic film as per IS 3564: 1995 complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F anodised aluminium grill (3.13 Kg per Sq. M min) (anodised transparent or dyed to required shade according to IS:1868 with minimum anodic coating of grade AC15) of approved design/pattern, with approved standard section and fixed to the existing window with CP brass/stainless steel screws @ 200 mm c/c,with grill frame shall 0.297 kg/m (min) including necessary jointing cleats, anodized aluminium snap beading, screws etc. The grill shall be fixed all as per the manufacturer’s instruction including cutting the grill to proper opening size for fixing and operation of handles and fixing approved anodised aluminium standard section around the opening, all complete as per requirement and direction of Engr-In-Charge.
