Cubical type floor mounted AMF panel made from 14 SWG Sheet Steel, duly pretreated, powder coated painted and aesthetically finished, suitable for controlling of 45 KVA DG set having following specification/features.

i)2 No. 63 A AC1 duty, 4pole power contactor and U/V release etc. [Make: ABB, Legrand, Schneider]

ii) 2 Nos. 63 A, 3pole, 50 KA MCCB with microprosser based LSIG protection. [make: Legrand]

iii) In Built By-Pass switch for rated capacity

iv) On -delay timer for load change over

v) On-delay timer for engine shut off

vi) Engine On-Off switch (Push button type)

viii) Minimum five number indicating lamps to indicate 'mains ON', 'load on mains', Set running', 'load on set' and 'battery charger on'.

The AMF panel must be designed to ensure trouble free performance and ensure switching over Electrical Load to DG within 15 (fifteen) second from the instant of mains failure.

Acoustic Enclosure : The DG set should have integrated acoustic enclosure at the manufacturing state itself. High quality acoustic enclosure must be certified as per CPCB-IV norms.

Base Frame: Common iron channel fabricated base frame containing the engine and alternator, mounted on AVM pads and having provision for lifting Hook.

Supply & delivery and pouring including transportation of HSD oil [ @ 140 Ltr For 45 kVA ]

Supplying & erection of foundation (1:2:4 , M20 Grade) of 45 KVA D.G.Set on outdoor having dimension given below:- a) Below ground PCC of having thickness 100 mm after single brick flat soling on the ground after excavation of the earth. (Size is as per the aproved drawing from EIC) b) 15-inch thick brick wall from the (below ground) PCC i.e. around the PCC (total Brick Wall Height is below GL to above GL as per drawing ) and keeping the central part as follows. c) Filling the hollow portion with a mixture of sand & shifted soil. d) Construct a 4-inch thick PCC slab at the top of the brick foundation of size incl punning, finishing upto the completion the foundation structure and providing foundation bolts, nuts, etc.) [ Foundation size is as per the direction of and manufacturer recomendation, a autocad drawing must be approved from the EIC before execution of the foundation Work]

Supply & provide of 5 mm thick ms conical shape exhaust hood on top of MS Exhaust pipe extention.

S&F exhaust pipe of 80 mm. black pipe (thickness 4 mm.) including S&F flange, nuts, bolts & washers etc. as required from the nearest building wall to top of the building roof. (Horizontal / Vertical run) with suitable high temperature painting.

Making insulation by 2" glass wool including netting arrangement and covered with aluminium clading as per direction of the EIC. 80 mm dia exhaust pipe

Shed Work: Supply & fixing of Color Coated Galvalume / Al-Zinc Alloy Corrugated Steel Sheet (0.5 MM thick) (Make- Tata Blue Scope / JINDAL/) with incl. the supporting structure by Square Hollow bar (SHS) i.e. Column, Rafters, Purlins,, Bracing frame work i.e. fitted & fixed with suitable inclined at both side as per direction of EIC. Aluminium sheet ridging fitted with self taping screws EPDM washers etc. to complete 300 mm laping on each way with 0.75 mm sheet. Priming one coat on steel or metal surface with synthetic oil brand primer of approved quality incl. smoothing surfaces by sand papering.Painting with best quality synthetic enamel paint of approved make and brand incl. smoothing surface by sand papering etc. incl using approved putty within on surface if necessary ( on steel surface 2 coat). For 45 KVA DG Set. [ Shed size is as per the direction of EIC and manufacturer recomendation. A autocad drawing must be approved from the EIC before execution of the shed Work]

Earthing with 50 mm dia GI pipe 3.64 mm thick x 3.04 Mts. long and 1 x 4 SWG GI (Hot Dip) wire (4 Mts. long), 13 mm dia x 80 mm long GI bolts, double nuts, double washers incl. S & F 15 mm dia GI pipe protection (1 Mts. long) to be filled with bitumen partly under the ground level and partly above ground level driven to an average depth of 3.65 Mts. below the ground level as below: (a) By ISI-Medium GI pipe

Supplying & fixing earth busbar of galvanized (Hot Dip) MS flat 40 mm x 6 mm on wall having clearance of 6 mm from wall including providing drilled holes on the busbar complete with GI bolts, nuts, washers, spacing insulators etc. as required.

Connecting the equipments body to earth busbar including S & F 25 mm x 6 mm galvanised (Hot Dip) MS flat on wall/floorwith GI saddles as required and connection to equipments incl. drilling holes, with bolts, nuts, washers etc.

Supply & fixing of black PVC heat shrink sleeve for covering the 25 x 6 mm. galvanised (Hot Dip) MS flat

Supply & laying 1C X 10 sq. mm. single core flexible copper wire (Make: Polycab /Gloster/Havells/RR Kable ) in suitable size PVC pipe (reinforced) on wall / floor from neutral earth busbar to DG set neutral point including both side socketing.

Supply & laying 12 Core 2.5 Sq.mm armoured Control cable including gland and sockets as required. (Make: Polycab /Gloster/Havells/RR Kable)

S & F EI danger board. (size : 20 cm. x 30 cm.)

Supplying & fixing medium gauge GI Pipe ( ISI-Medium) Protection with necessary fittings and jointing metarials as required 80 mm dia for cable protection.
