S&F Solid single PVC door frame of size 50mm x 47mm made out of 5mm single side prelam PVC sheet used instead of Plain colour PVC sheet reinforced with M.S. tube, edges will be painted to match with prelam sheet suppling & fixing in opening as per specification & drawing including all fixtures shown on drawing complete all as specified and directed.

S & F factory made solid panel PVC door shutter 30mm thick (style) consisting of frame made out of MS tubes for top & bottom rails. M S frame shall be covered with heat moulded prelam PVC ‘C’ channel having a PVC sheet strip of 20mm width stuck inside with solvent cement for stiles and single side prelam PVC sheet for top rail, lock rail & bottom rail on either side and as gap insert for top rail & bottom rail; stile &rails having one side feathered edge and on other side 10mm 90^0 bent edge, Paneling of 2mm thick prelam PVC sheet on bothfaces i.e front face & back face with particle board core to be fitted in the MS frame welded/ sealed to the stiles & rails with suitable PVC sheet beading, and jointed together with solvent cement, and including all hardware necessary for a door supplying & fixing in the frame at site as per specification & drawing. given SSR 2010 complete all as specified and directed.

S&F pressed steel door frames of size 125 x 60mm, made of 1.25mm thick sheet, for doors with one or more rebates including necessary fixing lugs, hinges, lock strike plate, etc complete all as specified directed.

S&F steel window with sude hung shutter including projecting type hinges with steel handle and steel peg stay complete with glazing bars/ guard bars dovetailed or welded complete all as specified directed.

S&F steel window or ventilator fixed type/ top hung type with glazing bars/ guard bars complete with glazing bars dovetailed or welded complete all as specified directed.

M&L for 4mm thick sheet glass ordinary quality and glazing with beading/ leaping/ oil putty in square n. exc. 0.5 sqm in each complete all as specified and directed.
