Excavation over area n.exc 1.5m deep and getting out in soft/loose soil, complete all as specified and as directed by the Engr-in-charge.

Excavation over area exc 1.5m but n. exc 3.00m deep and getting out in soft/loose soil, complete all as specified and as directed by the Engr-in-charge.

Excavation over area exc 3.00 m but n. exc 4.50 m deep and getting out in soft/loose soil, complete all as specified and as directed by the Engr-in-charge.

M&L for plain cement conrete type C-2, 1:3:6 using (40mm graded stone aggregates) as in foundation , filling and mass concrete complete all as specified and as directed by the Engr-in-charge.

M&L for RCC M-25 design mix toe walls, retaining walls basement walls , ballast walls and the like, any thickness, above top of footings, including attached pillasters and buttresses complete all as specified and directed by Eng-in-charge. (Reinforcement and formwork to be measured and paid separately)

M&L formwork to sides of concrete foundations, footings, bases of columns, raft and raft beams, sides and soffits (if any) of foundation and plinth beams; and similar work; vertical or to batter fair finished surfaces, complete all as specified and directed by Eng-in-charge

M&L formwork for plinth beam, roof beam , lintels etc including fair finish surface, complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge

M&L for TMT bars 10 mm dia and over, cut to length, bent to shape required including cranking, hooking placing in position and binding with MS wire not less than 0.9 mm dia or securing with clips, complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge

M&L Returning, filling in, including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exc 25 cm, complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge

Removal of surplus spoil to a distance n.exc 50m and depositing where directed at a level n.exc 1.5m above the starting point, complete all as specified and directed by Eng-in-charge.

M&L for 4mm dia galvanised steel wire, 150mmx100mm mesh, made up into mattresses or cages, lapped, wired and laid in position, complete all as specified and directed by Eng-in-charge.

M&L for broken stone or boulders for loose filling, of gauge 80 mm to 150 mm graded, complete all as specified and directed by Eng-in-charge.

M&L for PVC (SWR) pipes single socketed, of 110mm bore, in any length with rubber ring joints, laid in trenches or in floors, complete all as specified and directed by Eng-in-charge.

M&L for Hardcore of broken stone or boulders of guage exc 63mm but n exc. 100 mm, deposited, spread and levelled in layers n exc. 15 cm thick, watered and rolled/rammed to a true surface, complete all as specified and directed by Eng-in-charge. Note: Volume of hardcore after consolidation will be measured and paid.

M&L for 100mm thick, PCC , 1:3:6, type C-2 using 40mm graded stone aggregate , finished even & rough, as in sub base, complete all as specified and directed by Eng-in-charge.

S&F machine pressed precast, prelaminated (lacqure finish) coloured concrete interlocking paver block (VIBROCOMPRESSED AND RUBBER MOULDED) any shape and size confirming to IS 15658-2006 of 60mm thickness M-35, with grey cement and no pigment and making good edges with cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-1, complete all as specified and directed by Eng-In-Charge.
