The scope of work includes Providing Annual Maintenance Contract (AMC) for a period of 1 (One) year for existing 250 LPH Water Vending ATM Machine complete as per CPWD specifications and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge

Providing Annual Maintenance Contract (AMC) for a period of 1 (One) year for existing 250 LPH Water Vending ATM Machine, including complete comprehensive servicing, preventive and breakdown maintenance, repair and replacement of all defective/damaged/worn-out/non-functional parts, components, accessories and consumables, along with deployment of required skilled/unskilled manpower and authorised technician/service engineer. The scope shall include all mechanical, electrical, electronic, plumbing, RO/filtration, payment and dispensing system components, including but not limited to RO membrane, high-pressure pump, ATM/payment device, coin accepter, sensors, switches, valves, wiring, pipes, fittings and all other spare parts/components required for proper functioning of the machine. The item shall also include SIM recharge/data connectivity charges and all other incidental expenses required to keep the machine fully functional and in satisfactory working condition throughout the AMC period. No separate payment shall be admissible for any repair, replacement, manpower, parts/components, consumables, SIM/data charges or any other related work/expense. All parts/components and service personnel shall be genuine/authorised and subject to approval of the Engineer-in-Charge.
