BOQ (REPAIR TO ROOF TREATMENT POST CONSTRUCTION ANTI TERMITES TREATMENT AND REPAIR TO ROOFING RCC CHAJJA TANK STAGING AND ALLIED WORKS IN DOMESTIC AREA AT AF STN SURATGARH)

Demolition of stone or brick masonry built in cement mortar including all quoins, arches etc.but excluding ashlar facing, dressed stone work etc, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Brickwork with subclass ‘B’ bricks, straight or curved on plan exc 6m mean radius built in cement mortar 1:6, complete all as specified and directed.

All as per Srl item No. 2 here-in-before but except bricks.

M&L for 15 mm thick rendering in two layers i.e. 10 mm thick in cement mortar 1:6 plus 5 mm thick in cement morter 1:4 mixed with approved water proofing compound on fair faces of brick surfaces or concrete surfaces, surface finished even and fair without using extra cement all as specified and directed. Note :Water proofing compound shall be measured & paid seprately.

M &L for Applying two coats of exterior acrylic emulsion (weather proof treatment ) paint of approved quality, in camouflaging patterns, over new plastered surfaces , including preparation and using primer new surfaces ,complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of reinforced cement concrete of any description in any position not otherwise specifically provided for (Reinforcement cut as required to facilitate demolition), complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for form work to soffits of suspended slabs such as roof slabs, floor slabs landings and similar work, not exceeding 200mm thick (horizontal or sloping) for rough finished surfaces of concrete, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Reinforced cement concrete, type A-1 (1:1.5:3) nominal mix, using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in slabs supported on walls, beams and columns in floors, roofs, landings, balconies, canopies, deck slabs and in shelves and the like, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for mild steel TMT bars 10 mm dia and over, cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for column, hooking end and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9 mm dia or securing with clips complete all as specified and directed.

Taking up or down GI tubing with all connections and fittings of 20mm bore including cleaning for refixing or removal to store, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge

S&F galvanized iron water tubing, ‘medium grade’ 20mm bore, with all fittings such as bend, tee, union etc., fixed complete to walls and ceilings or laid in floors, complete all as specified & directed.

Refixing old steel tubing of 20mm bore and connections in new or old position (Walls, ceiling, floors etc.), complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling water tank of capacity exc 250 and n exc 500 ltr of any type, complete all as specified and directed.

S&F rotationally moulded polyethylene white colour triple layer water storage tank (cylindrical vertical with closed top) hoisted & fixed in position of capacity 500 liters including ball brass valves, high pressure, with polythene float and flynut complete, screwed for iron pipe or brass ferrule and fixed for 20mm bore pipe, complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking down existing water proofing treatment from the top of RCC/arch slab, including taking down existing PCC padding tiles mud phusk or plaster and hacking the top of RCC slab, cleaning with water and disposal of rubbish outside the premises, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for PCC (1:2:4), nominal mix, type B-1, using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in PCC padding on dpression of roof finished even and fair without using extra cement, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Water proofing treatment with APP (Atactic Polypropylene) modified Polymeric memberane over roof consisting of cleaning of concrete or plaster surface of roof and applying evenly a bitumen primer conforming to IS 3488@ 0.30Kg per sqm followed by a tack coat @ 1.2kg per Sqm using 85/25 grade industrial hot blown bitumen over it laid with APP modified polymeric water proofing membrane minimum weight 3.0kg per Sqm reinforced with non-woven polyester fabric (weight not less than 160 gm per sqm) unrolled & bonded to substrate with longitudinal and end laps 100mm as per manufacturer's instruction and applying over it a tack coat using 85/25 grade industrial hot blown bitumen @ 1.2 kg sqm and as per manufacturer instruction and including taking the APP membrane will be required where the parapet wall exceed 45cm for carrying over and taking into parapet walls, cut out neatly a horizontal groove 6.5 cm deep, 7.5 cm wide section with lower edge at not less than 15 cm above the graded roof surface and groove shall be finished smooth with cement mortar 1:4 with WPC @3% by weight of cement where the parapet wall height is 45cm or less no grove will be required as the water proofing treatment will be carried over the top of parapet wall to its full thickness, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 15 mm thick rendering in cement mortar 1:4 on roof surface using water proofing compund as per manufacturer instruction surfaces finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 40 mm thick brick tiles laid on above treated surface and joints grounted flush in cement mortar 1:3 mixed with 5% crude oil by weight of cement on above treated surface complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for PCC 1:2:4 (nominal mix), type B-0 using 12.5mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in roof kerbs or mud stops, rounded or chamfered on edges, complete all as specified & directed.

Supply only integral water proofing compound (ISI marked), complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for repairing of RCC projections, chajjas , roofs, facia etc. by necessary preparation i.e. scrapping, cutting, chiseling, derusting and cleaning exposed reinforcement, sufaces of damaged, loose RCC surfaces and applying one coat of cement slurry and filling the surfaces with cement concrete (1:1.5:3) using 12.5mm graded crushed stone aggregate and reinforced with welded mesh of weight exc 2kg per sq mtr but n.exc 3kg/sqm with or without facia and finished with cement sand mortar (1:3) using coarse sand in patches are n.exc 70mm including applying two coats of finishes to match with the existing surfaces in at any height complete all as specified and directed. Note:- Cost of formwork and welded mesh shall be deemed to be included in unit rate quoted by the contractor.

M&L for Providing and injecting chemical emulsion for Post Constructional Antitermite Treatment along the external wall below concrete or masonry apron using chemical emulsion @ 2.25 litres per linear metre including drilling and plugging holes etc. in apron complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Providing and injecting chemical emulsion for Post Constructional Antitermite Treatment of soil under existing floors using emulsion @ one litre per hole, 300mm c/c bothways apart including drilling and plugging 12mm dia holes with cement mortar 1:2 (1 cement: 2 coarse sand) to match the existing floors complete all as specified and directed.

Contract Amount shall be derived after deducting the amount of Schedule of Credit in General Summary on serial page No 17 tender documents.
