SPECIAL REPAIR TO PP and RS BLDG AT AF STATION AGRA

Dismantling of existing roof treatment including tarfelt/cement plaster/mud faska etc from roof surfaces including cleaning the surface and removing the debris from site complete all as specified & directed.

M & L for Cutting out cracks to V-section in existing roofs or terracing, cleaning grouting with cement and sand slurry 1:3 complete all as specified & directed.

M&L for cement concrete 1:2:4 type B1 (using 20mm graded stone aggegate) as in levelling course / padding over roof complete all as spd and directed.

M&L for rendering or bedding layer 15mm thick in cement mortar 1:4 on concrete surfaces with WPC, finished even and fair with out using extra cement complete as in roof. (WPC shall be measured & paid seperately.

Supply only water proofing compound.

M&L for cleaning surfaces and applying evenly a tack coat of industrial bitumen 85/25 at the rate of 1.2 Kg/Sqm including cleaning surface complete all as specified & directed.

M&L for APP based polymeric membrane minimum weighing 3kg/sqm and minimum 3mm thick reinforced with polyster non wove fabric (wt. not less than 150 gms/sqm) land on primed surface by forced application complete all as specified complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for preparation of new APP surfaces of any description over 10cm in width or girth not otherwise described and applying Two coat of aluminium paint complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L Cement concrete tiles 20cm x 20cm x 20mm thick, machine pressed; laid over 20 mm thick screed beding in cement mortar (1:4) , set jointed and pointed in neat cement slurry in floors, and cut and polished etc complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for scrapping out loose mortar/ concrete by chiseling/ wire brushing complete and applying rust removing solution (rebaklene solution) to exposed corroded reinforcement and applying a coat of epoxy primer (Nitozink primer from M/s Fosrock or equivalent as approved by GE) as per manufacturers instructions and fixing of hard drawn steel wire fabric ( measured & paid separately) and apply 25 mm average thickness in cement concrete type B0 1:2:4 (using 12.5 mm graded stone aggregate) mixed with water proofing compound and finally rendering 15 mm thick plaster in CM 1:4 using liquid water proofing compound in the proportion recommended by the manufacturer complete all as specified.etc. complete all as specified and directed. ( Water proofing compound measured & paid separately) .
