Drilling holes of 20 mm diameters in reinforced or plain cement concrete to a minimum depth of 150mm and upto 200mm including power drilling,fixing the reinforcement in position using epoxy, cleaning of loose dust by blowing air, sealing with epoxy cartridges etc all as specified and directed. Removing of concrete all around reinforcement bar upto 25 mm dia from behind the reinforcing bars average 25mm (but not less than 15mm air gap)by manual methods (using wire brushing ,chiselling etc) and applying chloride free rust removing chemical on rusting steel reinforcement bar and removing all rust from steel reinforcement bar by emery paper and cleaning the area throughly by water and allow it to dry and totally rust free of reinforcement bar including all necessary scaffolding,complete all as per manufacturer's instruction and as directed.(only area of cleaned steel bar shall be measured for payment).
