Excavation in trenches in soft and loose soil n.exc 1.5 mtr wide and n.exc. 1.5 mtr depth for laying and taking out of electric power cable and getting out all as specified and directed by engineer –in-charge.

Returning filling in including spreading leveling watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25 cm thick all as specified and directed.

Removing excavated material not exceeding 50 mtr away and depositing where directed at a level n. exc 1.5 mtr above the starting point .

Material & labour for river washed and screened dry sand for filling under and above the under ground cable for cushioning of cables etc.complete all as specified and directed by engr –in-charge

S&Laying in replacement sub class B bricks having minimum compressive strenth 75 Kg/sqm laid in trenches for cable protection etc complete all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

All as per Srl item No 5 here in before but using old bricks obtain under item No 1.

Supply and lay in replacement unreinforced precast concrete cable covers class HV Type -1 with peak size 300 x 180 x 40 mm. compete all as specified and directed

Supply, Laying, connecting, testing and commissioning in replacement ( including taking out existing cable) LT cable of PVC sheathed XLPE cable armoured aluminium conductor 1100 V graded , 4 core,10 sqmm, after taking out/down old existing unserviceable from trenches / ducks/ road crossing and poles complete all as specified and directed.

Testing the cables with high voltage DC testing machine and locating the fault in the cables by fault locating machine to pin point exact position of fault, disconnecting faulty 11 KV HT cables of different sizes from both ends, removal of Fault, Re-connections and testing of cables after removal of fault complete all as specified and directed. Note: (a) 11 KV HT cable & joints shall be measured and paid for seperately under respective items of schedule. (b) Retrieved old serviceable cable cover/bricks will be laid in trenches for cable protection. If extra PCC cover/bricks and sand required at site shall be measured and paid separately under respective items of BOQs. (c) Excavation and earth work will be measured and paid for seperately under respective items of schedule.

Material and labour in replacement for GI pipe light grade laid in trenches for cable protection of size 50mm dia. complete all as specified and directed

Taking down existing worn out/old/broken ACSR conductors of any size and length at any position from LT poles and supply, fixing and stretching new ACSR conductors of any size and type for over head LT Line including binding at site to insulator with suitable size of binding wire etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for replacement of unserviceable jumper of ACSR Conductor with new jumpers of ACSR conductor of suitable size including binding properly on the existing OH line/ 4 pole structure with clamp, nuts & bolts etc.complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down existing cracked/unserviceable Pin type insulator and supply and fixing new Pin type insulator porcelain vitreous white, brown or green including one galvanised mild steel spindle, two galvanised washers and one galvanised iron nuts 150 mm dia for 11000 volts grade complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Taking down existing cracked/unserviceable Disc type insulator and supply and fixing new Disc type insulator porcelain vitreous 145 mm high and 255 mm dia ball and socket type (white, brown or green) complete single disc assembly for tension with tension clamps suitable for ACSR conductor working pressure 11000 volts grade complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Demoletion of PCC from path any position and M&L for PCC in foundation filling and mass concrete type C2 (1:3:6) using 40 mm grded aggregate for Hard standing/Road crossing/ foundation of pole complete all as specified

Disconnecting the existing unserveceable/burnt MCCB from the cable taking out from panel board & supply & fix new MCCB,3pole 400 Amp 35 KA breaking capacity Adjustable type suitable for 415 volts,50HZ 3 Phase supply thermal magnetic release, fixed in existing panel including modification of existing frame and panel board door for proper installation of MCCB andconnecting with existing cable including thimble,nut bolt and washers etc complete.

S&F in replacement caution plate "CAUTION MEN AT WORK" of size 40 cmx15 cm made out of white acrylic sheet with Red coloured glow tape.

Supply only rubber rett/self amalganating electrical tape for 11KV/HT supply, 3/4" width, 30 mtr length. Make : 3M/Scoth/Godson/Max Electric.

M&L for preparation of painted surface of floor mounted HT control panel for fixing of FLOURCENT REFLECTIVE LETTERING of approved colour and re-write the name/capacity/fed from each cope point HT etc in capital letters of size not less than 2 inch width and 3 inch height and works not exceeding 20 letter per panel all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix Heat shrinkable sleves of size 1/4" to 1/2", Temp 120Degree C, 1 KV. Make 3M/Raychem.

M& L for epoxy resin cast coated on existing currtent transformer to increase the insulation level of CT complete all as specified and directed.

Disconnecting of all electric connection from the existing unserviceable/burnt ACB 800/1000 A four pole 415 Volts and dismantling/taking out ACB from LT panel board for repair at site including servicing and re assembling the ACBs after repair reconnecting of all connection including replacement of following parts of ACB for working as satisfication level complete all as specified and directed. Note: Spare required for repair to ACB shall be measured and paid separately under respective items of BOQ.

Supply and fix cable route indicator made of RCC with 8 mm TMT size 1.5 M height x 60 cm wide x 10 cm thick tapered on top visible above ground duly painted with synthetic enamel paint of yellow colour base and letters with black paint. The description for writing for HT cable 11000 volts will be given by Engr-in-charge complete all as specified and directed.
