M & L in replacement for air break gang operated triple pole mechanically operated mounted on HT insulators and galvanised steel frame with operating rod of 25mm bore medium grade GI pipe suitable for operation while standing on ground for current rating 200 Amps suitable for 11000 volt 50 Hz supply including 12 insulator and drop out fuse carrier element all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Supply & fixing in replacement of lighting arrestor metel oxide type gap less hreavy duty single pole suitable for rated wsystem on voltage 12 KV and working rated 9 KV normal discharge.

Opening up the top cover of the servo voltage stabilizer by taking out the transformer oil in a separate container after disconnecting/taking out the In/Out side electric connections from both the primary & secondary side of the servo voltage stabilizer of any type/ description (indoor type ) installed in Power house for carrying out necessary repair/rewinding or any other repair as required after shifting the stabilizer to contractor's work shop including taking out complete core assembly, Magger the winding for identifying the fault/defective winding, seggregating the defective winding portion/taking out, cleaning the laminated core rewinding with appropriate gauge winding wire of existing description for servo voltage stabilizer of capacity 200 to 315 KVA including assembling & testing on completion & installation the same at the site all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge. Note : (i) Winding of coil and spares required as per repair shall be measured and paid separately under respective items. (ii) The transpotation charges and taking down/taking up and returning to site of servo voltage stabilizer are inclusive in the quoted rates. (iii) The cost for the dehydration of transformer oil if reqd shall be measured & paid separately. (iv) The cost of insulation material such as paper, cotton tape , latheroid sheet , casl sheet etc are inclusive in the quoted rate. (v) servo voltage stabilizer shall be returned duly repaired within 15 days failing a penal recovery (Lump Sum) of Rs 5000/- shall be made from contractor's dues.

Supply and replacement of LT coils made out of super enameled LT copper strip of servo voltage stabilizer capacity 200 to 315 KVA(Note coil to be replaced shallhave same number of turns,gauge,insulation value matching with manufactures design

Supply and replacement LT 430V bush rod suitable for 200 to 315 KVA servo voltage stabilizer complete with brass stud, brass nuts, brass cup and packing gasket complete all as spd and directed.

Rubbing/scratching old paint of servo voltage stabilizer/transformer of capacity 200 to 315 KVA, through cleaning with kerosene oil and providing two coats of metallic paint including writing MES No on Transformer body with black paint complete all as specified and directed.

Cleaning, dehydration/ reconditioning of transformer oil different location by dehydration plant including testing as per IS Specification and result not less than 40 KV at site, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply laying & testing in replacement cable XLPE insulated screened PVC bedded, galvanised steel strip or wire armoured, electric power cable (Heavy duty) LT 1100 volt grade with stranded aluminium conductor of size 10 sqmm 4 core complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for preparing old painted surface of panel board by cleaning removing of old paint by scratching with wire brush / sand paper etc and including denting of broken / rusted surface and applied two coat of synthetic surface enamel paint by spray painting outside surface of panel as existing colour of panel all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for repairing existing LT Panel doors of front , back and internal sheets complete with new locking arrangement complete all as specified and directed. Note: Any part/spare found defective such as packing, nuts bolts,hinges & (welding machine works) etc shall be repaired/replaced which cost shall be deemed to be included in the unit rate quoted for this item.

Excavation in trenches not exceeding 1.5m wide & not exceeding 1.5m in depth for and getting out in any of soil complete all as specified and directed.

Returning, filling including spreading, leveling, watering and well ramming in layers not exc 25 cm thick all as specified and directed.

Supply, Install in replacement factory made CPRI approved outdoor type dust and vermin proof feeder Pillar LT Panel board cubicle double door hinged type of suitable size 415V AC, 50Hz, fabricated of GP/CRCA sheet 3mm thick machine pressed and angle iron frame 50mm X 50mm X 6mm grouted in PCC 1:2:4 type BI (20mm grade stone aggregated) powder coated in Nine Tank process inside and outside complete including 4 Pole aluminum Bus Bar of suitable size mounted on porcelain insulator ,concealed hinged door with 3Positioning door locking arrangement and enclosed in chamber made out of 2mm sheet thick GP/ CRCA sheet machine pressed and connection from incoming and outgoing electric cable with suitable size thimbles/lugs cable gland with open able shutters on both side and comprising of following as per item 51.00

(i)MCCB 200 Amps 35KA 4pole with microprocessor release adjustable type of as a incomer-01 (ii) MCCB 25 KA TPN 100Amp -01 (iii) MCCB 16 KA TPN 63A -03 (iv) Aluminium Busbar of 300 Amps 3 phase+Nutral with insulated (v) Digital Ammeter and volt meter of suitable size Note:- Existing Old/Unserviceble Panels including accessories are removed and deposit to MES Store yard by the contractor from his own arrangement without any extra cost.

Supply and fixing in replacement of HT underground cable XLPE insulated PVC bedded, galvanised steel strip armoured electric power cables (heavy duty) with stranded aluminium conductor 11000 volts grade cross sectional area 120 sqmm 3 core laid in duct / trench/along pole etc including making connection complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing in replacement of sheet steel enclouser distribution boards, double door factory made TPN Vertical 4 way 3 phase 415 volts 4 way with 200 amps rating copper bus bar and PVC insulated copper jumpers of suitable size from the MCCB to the out going circuits one incoming MCCB and 12 outgoing MCBs circuits comprising of 3 phase 4 wire of suitable rating complete all as spcd and directed with the following accessories :- (a) MCCB 100 amps, 25 KA, TP, 415 volts, 50 Hz = 01 No. (Note:- Out going MCB shall be measured and paid for separately)
