12 M.M thick cement plaster 1:3 cement and coarse sand morter over brick work including supply of all material labour and T&P etc. require for proper completion of the work. Below plinth level (S.I No.583)

R.C.C. work with cement approved coarse sand 2 cm. gauge approved stone ballast in proportion of 1:5:3 in lintel of doors and windows excluding its fixing and bending the same with 24 BWG GI Binding wire and including necessary centring and shuttering etc. and also including of the materials required for proper completion of the work binding wire to be supplied by contractor free of cost. (S.I. No. 283)

R.C.C. work with cement approved coarse sand 2 cm. gauge approved stone grit in proportion of 1:1.5:3 in lighter beam of excluding supply of reinforcement and its bending but including its fixing and binding wire and including necessary centering & shuttering etc. (S.I. No. 285 b)
