Construction of Addl 20 MVA 132/11 kV T/F Plinth and allied civil works at 132 kV S/S Tangra

Earth work in excavation in foundations, trenches etc. In all kinds of soil where pick jumper work is not involved and not exceeding 2.0 metres depth including dressing of bottom and sides of trenches , stacking the excavated soil clear from the edge of excavation and subsequent filling around masonary in 15 cm layers with compaction including diposal of all surplus soil as directed within a lead of 30 metres.

Dismantling brick work tile, masonry or tile lining : In cement

Dismantling concrete : Lime concrete, cement concrete of 1:6:12 or leaner mix

Dismantling concrete : Cement concrete plain1:2:4 mix

Scraping: Bricks dismantled from brick work in lime or cement.

Shuttering for faces of concrete foundations and foundation beam & plinth beam (vertical or battering)

Centering and shuttering for columns (Square or rectangular or poly gonal in plain)

Cement Concrete 1:6:12 with stone aggregate 40mm gauge(mixing by mechanical means using concrete mixer volumetric type)

Cement Concrete 1:5:10 with stone aggregate 40mm gauge(mixing by mechanical means using concrete mixer volumetric type)

Cement Concrete 1:2:4 with stone ballast or shingle (mixing by mechanical means using concrete mixer volumetric type)

Reinforced cement concrete M-20 mechanically batch mixed using batch type concrete mixer as per IS : 1791 and vibrated by needle vibrator but excluding steel reinforcement centering and shuttering in foundation and plinth .

Extra for vibrator used by the contractor at this own cost.

First class burnt brick work laid in cement sand mortar 1:6 in foundation and plinth .

First class burnt brick work laid in cement sand mortar 1:5 in foundation and plinth

115mm thick brick wall laid in cement mortar 1:4 without reinforcement in foundation and plinth .

Conglomerate floor 25mm thick cement concrete topping 1:2:4 using mechanical mixer for mixing of material

Conglomerate floor 50mm thick cement concrete topping 1:2:4 using mechanical mixer for mixing of material

12.5 mm thick cement plaster 1:3

12.5 mm thick cement plaster 1:5

20 mm thick cement plaster 1:4 in two coat work

Applying priming coat with metal primer on new steel or iron work including preparation of surface + Painting two or more coats with aluminum paint to give an even shade excluding priming coat

Steel work fixed independently without connecting plates including cutting hoisting and fixing in position Flats

Mild steel requirement for RCC work where not including the complete rate of RCC including bending, binding and placing in position complete in all respects. Above 20mm dia bars

Cold twisted deformed (Ribbed/ Tor Steel Bar) Bars Fe 500 grade as per IS 1786-1985, for R.C.C works, where not including in the complete rate of RCC including bending and placing in position complete

Welding by gas or by electric plant, including carriage to and from workshop etc.

Providing and laying of Brick on end edging 6.83cm wide, 11.11cm long and 22.86cm high half brick deep including excavation, refilling and disposal of surplus earth up to 50mtr complete as per Punjab PWD specifications

Boring for Hand Pump in clay fitting stainer and pipe above 75mm dia above: From 0 to 15m

Supplying and spreading of crushed stone3/4" nominal size(20mm) in 3" (75mm) thick layer over PCC flooring in the switch yard area marked or as per directions of Engineer-in-Charge.

P&F wire netting mesh of 12 gauge 50x50 mm mesh with 180 cm high fastened galvanized with 4 no MS Wire Rope 6/7 Strand 1/16'' dia each with all fittingscomplete in all respect
