Dismantling posts or struts (wood, steel or RCC) of any section, including taking out embedded portion in concrete, brick work etc and making good the disturbed ground complete all as specified and directed .

Dismantling fencing wire mesh, any type complete all as specified and directed .

M&L for cement concrete 1:3:6 type C-2 (using 40mm graded crushed stone aggregates) as in foundations, filling and mass concrete complete all as specified and directed ..

S&F angle iron posts and struts in fencing, including cutting tops to shape as directed, drilling holes, notching for wire etc,including all necessary drilling, bolting or riveting etc and similar works conforming to Fe-290 Gde E-165 quality including fixing of flat iron & square bars complete all as specified and directed

Supply only mild steel galvanized chain link fencing of any size or type complete all as specified and directed. Note: The weight of chain link fencing shall be ascertained by BOO as ordered by GE and payment shall be made accordingly and contractor shall have no claim on this account.

Fixing only chain link fencing including line wires(steel wire), any mesh, size and type to any type of standards, rails, straining bolts etc including provision of binding wire compete all as specified and directed .

Supply only mild steel round or square bars ,flat iron conforming to Fe-290 Gde E-165 quality complete all as specified and directed .

S&F in repair galvanised,2strand,steel barbed wire 2.24mm dia, barbed with 2mm dia barbs at 75mm spacing and straining and fixing to any type of standard rails straining bolts including securing or tying at crossings with and provision of galvanised mild steel wire,staples or steel pins etc. complete all as specified and directed .

S&F mild steel screw bolts (machine made),diameter of neck 5 to10mm with hexagonal or square heads at one end and screwed the other or screwed both ends, each screwed end to be fitted with washers and one hexagonal or square nut n. exc. 5cm long complete all as specified and directed .

M&L for preparation of new or previously untreated steel surfaces of any description, over 10cm width or girth and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified and directed .

Demollition of cement concrete in ground floors and pavings n.exc 15 cm thickness (below or above gound level) and removing the debris to a distance not exceeding 100 mtr complete all as specified and directed .

M & L for 75mm thick plain cement concrete 1:4:8 type D-2 (using 40mm graded crushed stone aggregates) as in sub base,mass concrete complete all as specified and directed .

M&L Sand filling under floors etc in layers n.exc 25 mm thick complete all as specified and directed.

M&L machine pressed, precast concrete interlocking coloured paver block, any shape and size confirming to IS-15658-2006 of 60mm thickness, M-35 Grade with grey cement and pigment complete all as specified and directed .

M&L machine pressed, precast concrete interlocking coloured paver block, any shape and size confirming to IS-15658-2006 of 80mm thickness, M-40 Grade with grey cement and pigment complete all as specified and directed .

S&F factory made precast kerb stones in PCC 1:2 :4 type B-1 including chamfers, weatherings,throatings etc in smooth finish & set in cement mortar 1:4 including necessary excavtion and earth work for embedding kerb stone at a depth as directed and temping around kerb stone and removal of surplus soil to a distance not exceeding 50 m and depositing where directed complete all as specified and directed .

Demolition of brickwork or stone/boulder masonry,built in cement mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars etc, but excluding ashlar facings, dressed stonework and precast concrete articles complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for brick work with fly ash bricks using old size bricks, straight or curved on plan exceeding 6m mean radius, built in cement mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and directed .

Extra for forming fair finishing drain or channel 300mm inner girth in cement concrete, using extra cement including forms, moulds, mitred/stopped ends etc complete all as specified and directed .

M&L for rendering 15 mm thick in cement mortar 1:4 on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed .

Cleaning of existing sewage/drain pipes of dia upto & including 200 mm , at any depth, by rodding machanically from manhole and well finishing after cleaning including getting out sludge (if any) and liquid materials from connecting manholes deposited in lines, removing the solid and sludge to any distance outside the defence land at their own cost and cost of removal shall be included in the quoted rates complete all as specified and directed .

Cleaning of existing sewage/drain pipes of dia exceeding 200 mm but not exceeding 450mm , at any depth, by rodding, machanically, at site from manhole and well finishing after cleaning including getting out sludge (if any) and liquid materials from connecting manholes deposited in lines, removing the solid and sludge to any distance outside the defence land at their own cost and cost of removal shall be included in the quoted rates complete all as specified and directed .

Removing blockages including cleaning of CI/SWSG Pipes upto and including 150mm bore from kitchen/bath/wash hand basin /urinal/WC of any length upto gully trap in 1st manhole by rodding/choke remover manually or other wise including refixing of oval access door covers complete all as specified and directed .

Cleaning & de-slugging by mechanical means i.e. by Honeysucckers : mechanical sewage cleaning trucks / tractor etc, removing sludge from sump well / septic tank/ soakage pits / manholes etc, of any capacity and any depth, in foul condition including all necessary T & P required for removal of sludge and solid contents to be dispose off outside defence land complete all as specified and directed . (Note for Ser Item Nos 25 to 28 : Rates to be included for scattered pockets of 'A' & 'B' Arty Bde and its units such as Amn Dump, Ascon Node Mukatsar, Nathewala etc which comes under jurisdiction of GE Faridkot and sewage work required to be carried out at these pockets also.)

S&F in repair Factory made SFRC (Steel fiber Reinforcement Concrete) Manhole cover (without frame) medium duty of size 900mmx450mm x70mm thickness including 2mm thick flat iron frame all round complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repair Factory made SFRC (Steel fiber Reinforcement Concrete cover & frame) HD-20 conforming to IS-12592, of size 560mmx560mm x90mm thickness and fixed over manhole complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for taking down cement plaster on brick or stone walls/ceiling etc including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Washed stone grit plaster on exterior walls in two layers, under layer 12mm thick cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement: 4 coarse sand ) following the under layer with scratching tool, applying cement slurry on the under layer of cement @ 3 Kg per square metre and top layer 15mm thick in cement mortar 1:1/2:2 (1 cement: 1/2 coarse sand : 2 stone chipping 10mm nominal size) in panels with groove all around as per approved pattern including scrubbing and washing, the top layer with brushes and water to expose the stone chippings .complete all as specified (Payment for providing grooves shall be made separately).

M&L for Forming groove of uniform size 15mm wide and 15mm deep in the top layer of washed stone grit plaster as per approved pattern using wooden battens, nailed to the under layer including removal of wooden battens, repair to the edges of panels and finishing the groove complete as per specifications and direction of the Engineer-in-charge

M&L for 5mm thick rough cast over and including 10 mm thick rendering , on fair face of brick or concrete surface in cement mortar 1:4 all as specified and directed. Note:-The rough cast mixture shall consist of crushed stone or fine gravel aggregate, coarse sand & cement in the ratio of 1:1:1 over rendering coat.

M&L for preparation of newly plastered or unplastered surfaces of wall and applying two coat of cement base paint complete all as specified and directed

M&L complete removal of existing treatment of old decorated surfaces of wall by brooming down and scrapping down smoke soot, moulds, moss and efflorescent salts and trading oil and greasy spots and applying two coat of cement base paint complete all as specified.

M&L PCC 1:3:6 type C1 (using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregates) in coping and like, rounded or chamfered on edges, slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throating, and including necessary formwork complete all as specified and directed

M&L for precast PCC 1:2:4 type B-1 (using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregates) as in manholes cover set in cement mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of Reinforced Cement Concrete of any description or in any position not otherwise specifically provided for complete all as specified and directed

M&L for reinforced cement concrete type B1, 1:2:4 using 20 mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in slab supported on walls, beams and columns in floor, roof, landings, deck slab and in shelves complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for use and waste of form work to soffits of suspended slabs such as floor or roof slab, landing and similar work not exceeding 200mm thick (Horizontal or slopping) for rough finished surfaces of concrete complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for TMT bars 6 to 8mm dia and over cut to length bend to shape required including cranking, bending , hooking end and binding with and incl mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.90mm dia complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Framed work such as grills, gratings etc. with ends of bars shoulderd and/or riveted, or forged into spikes, framed guard bars, barred iron doors; gates,cooler stands,ladders; framed balusters; walk ways; railings; framework of water tanks and similar work conforming to Fe290, Gde-E-165 complete all as specified and directed. Note :- A Sum of Rs. 35097.00 will be deducted on account of credit for dismantling/ demolished/ taking down material.
