Taking down carefully copper/aluminium point wiring (light, fan, socket or power) complete, (fittings such as switches, ceiling roses, pendants, regulators sockets etc. to be measured separately), removing materials to store for keeping in safe custody for reuse at site and making good disturbed surfaces of walls, floors, etc complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Taking out old unserviceable point wiring from the existing PVC conduit carefully and M&L for point wiring complete with 1.5 Sqmm (nominal area) PVC insulated, multi stranded, FRLS copper conductor cable unsheathed in and include PVC insulated FRLS copper conductor cable of size 1.5 Sq mm as earth wire in existing surface/recessed steel/PVC conduit including as required, connected to common earth dolly suitable for mounting piano type switches including connections to existing wiring accessories like switches/sockets/lamp holders/ceiling roses and misc electrical accessories complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge. Note: The works includes misc electrical work required at site like PVC conduit alongwith accessories, hylem sheets of any size and minor civil work and repair and making good disturbed surfaces and rate deemed to be included in quoted rate.
