JOINERY WORK

ROOF COVERING WORK

Supply & Fixing coloured (any colour) galvalume sheet with base metal thickness (BMT) of sheet 0.50 mm, multi rib TM profile, minimum 550 Mpa yield strength having maximum pitch of 250 mm c/c and minimum 28 mm crest depth as in roof covering/ cladding to wall fixed with self tapping screws including providing crimp at eaves level shape of crimp complete all as specified and as directed. NOTE: The quoted rate shall deemed to be inclusive of provision of end flashing and no extra payment on this account shall be made to the contractor.

Supply & Fixing coloured galvalume sheet with base metal thickness (BMT) of sheet not less than 0.50 mm, multi rib TM profile, minimum 550 Mpa yield strength having maximum pitch of 250 mm c/c and minimum 28 mm crest depth as in ridges/ valley gutters fixed with self tapping screws complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking down carefully existing bitumen tar felt including plaster/existing PCC padding, wire brushing and cleaning of the surface of roof, terraces including flashing and junctions of parapets/ Kerbs walls etc. and removing off the rubbish to a distance exceeding 500 metre but not exceeding 1.5km and depositing where directed complete all as specified and as directed.

Material & Labour for cleaning the newly plastered surfaces thoroughly with wire brushes and providing water proofing treatment all as specified hereinafter complete all as specified and as directed : (a) Bituminous primer @ 0.30 liter per sqm conforming to IS : 3384 (b) APP polymer modified membrane (one layer) laid by torch application method with over laps of 100 mm joints of traverse direction and 75 mm at longitudinal direction duly thermo fused by flame torch all as specified in application manual of the company. (c) Applying one coat of bitumen grade 85/25 @ 1.2 Kg/Sqm (d) Painting with one coat of aluminum paint @ 100 gms per sqm

CEILING AND LINING WORK

Material & Labour for non asbestos fibre cement building boards 6 mm thick (one side embossed design), fixed or laid/ inserted to Aluminium grid frame work in ceiling with clips complete all as specified and as directed.

Material & Labour in repair for 18/19 mm thick prelaminated particle board, interior grade prelaminated one side with decorative choice lamination & other side balancing white lamination, fixed with screws to timber frame work in cup board shutters, partitions, shelves, cupboard drawers, pelmet boxes and similar work including taking down olds shutters/shelves complete all as specified and as directed.

Material & Labour for external teak wood lipping, 6mm thick fixed with nails for particle board of 12 or 18/19 mm thick complete all as specified and as directed.

FLOOR FINISHES WORK

Material & Labour for coloured joint free non skid ceramic tiles 7-8 mm thick (square/rectangular), area of each tiles exceeding 0.11 Sqm but not exceeding 0.18 Sqm in floors etc. set and and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match over and including 15mm thick screed bed or bedding layer of cement mortar (1:6) finished even and rough to receive the top layer complete all as specified and as directed.

Material & Labour for granite (of any type) work (table rubbed & polished), 20-22mm thick, in steps, jambs, pillars, window cills, cooking platforms & like in cement mortar (1:4) including polishing, chamfered edges and pointing in white cement using marble dust with admixture or pigment to match with shade of granite over and including 15mm thick screed bed in Cement Mortar (1:6) necessary cutting, notching etc. complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply & Laying 18-20 mm thick Kota stone tiles (Pre-mirror polished), in riser and treads of steps, skirting, dado, window cills / jambs etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the slab including rubbing and polishing complete all as specified and as directed.
